I ordered online and I come in and there's no one inside so I go straight to the pick up counter. The girl behind the counter ignores me. When other people walk in to order from her, she greets them and takes all their orders, which is probably like four people. Once she is done taking their orders, she looks at me, washes her hands, then enters the back completely ignoring me. Weirdest service ever. Waited by the pick up counter for 10 minutes, trying to get her attention. eventually asked a guy who was bringing out another order for help. Prices have increased since the last time I've been here. Parking has also technically gotten worse. But this place has stayed consistent despite the many years I've frequented here. The service is always great and my peach lemonade mojito still hits the spot. This is a small location and definitely not somewhere I would sit and chill just cause of the noise and the come and go atmosphere. This place is amazing, I come here twice a to get a drink, my usual is just a Thai tea. While I'm writing this review I going there right now. What I do is that when I'm like 12 mins out from boba time I got on their website and order it there so then I just have to go in and tell them my order number then walk out with my drink. When we went, indoor seating wasn't available yet, so people were just taking their items to go. My brother got two of the shaved ice desserts and a pistachio Oreo with boba drink.
