Drove up, and I was very surprised at the selection that they have in stock, put together and ready to ride. On a sidenote, I have been looking for several months for an E bike on the Internet. I did a lot of research and the majority of that research did not turn up anything that I was interested in. When I walked into the store, I knew I had found the right place, the owner and his wife are exceptionally knowledgeable in their products. I was really amazed at their prices. They are by far more competitive than anybody I have seen and a better quality of anything I've seen on the Internet within my price range of $2500-$3500. It is a family owned and operated business, both husband and wife and Pup. As a customer, they give you an additional warranty on labor. I can highly recommend this shop without any reservation. By the way, I found my bike and the accessories and still walked out feeling very comfortable with my decision. In fact, it exceeded any ideas that I have had. I paid Cody $130.00 to come to my house and let me know what was wrong with my bike. He came with a helper and they showed me what needed to be fixed and what the cost would be. I agreed and they were to come back in a few days when they had the parts. I never heard from anyone again. I finally found another mechanic to take care of the bike. I'm sorry to say this, but don't bother with this one. They aren't reputable and they don't care about their customers.
