I was in the Ft. Lauderdale area returning from a trip. I thought while I am in the area, I would look for an E bike. Before driving up there I gave them a call and they were exceptionally nice with a lot of information just on the phone. Drove up, and I was very surprised at the selection that they have in stock, put together and ready to ride. On a sidenote, I have been looking for several months for an E bike on the Internet. I did a lot of research and the majority of that research did not turn up anything that I was interested in. When I walked into the store, I knew I had found the right place, the owner and his wife are exceptionally knowledgeable in their products. I was really amazed at their prices. They are by far more competitive than anybody I have seen and a better quality of anything I've seen on the Internet within my price range of $2500-$3500. It is a family owned and operated business, both husband and wife and Pup. As a customer, they give you an additional warranty on labor. I can highly recommend this shop without any reservation. By the way, I found my bike and the accessories and still walked out feeling very comfortable with my decision. In fact, it exceeded any ideas that I have had. My elderly father was in the market for an electric tricycle, and he had happened upon an advertisement for this establishment in a local magazine. I'm glad we visited this store, because my father found just what he wanted. We considered buying from an online retailer, but weren't really comfortable making such a large purchase without actually seeing and testing the trike. The owner was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful (including assisting with the challenge of loading the unit into my smaller SUV). If you are looking to incorporate more exercise into your life in a fun way I recommend you check out electric bikes. There are are over a billion bikes in the world and this year 40 million of them will be electric. Patents for electric bikes have been found as far back in the 1880's and 1890's in France and the United States. Electric bikes, also called ebikes are bicycles that have a electric motor which is powered by a rechargeable battery. You still pedal the bike but the motor assists you allowing you to go further and faster than you could on your own. I recently tried out my daughters Lectric bike in Orlando and I rode 12 miles around Lake Baldwin with barely any exertion. You can control how much assist the bike provides by choosing different mile per hour. My daughters bike is even foldable making it easy to stow in the car and take to nature adventures. Unfortunately electric bikes can be pricey and depending on what features you want can range from $800 to over $2,000. I am definitely going to buy an ebike but I am still in the research phase of what features I want and where to get the best price. I was recently in Fifth Avenue Shops in Boca along Federal Highway near Glades road when I spotted this ebike store in a corner of the plaza. It was small inside but they had a selection of a number of different brands. I asked a few questions but the person I spoke to didn't seem very knowledgeable about some of the things I wanted to know about like weight capacity. I also noticed that they are priced higher than you would pay ordering directly from the company. For example, the XP Lite Lectric Blue Bike I was interested in was $1.300 in store but is listed for $799 on the company website. They pointed out that you can take your bike out of the store fully assembled on the same day as you buy it which is an advantage. They also offered me 6 months interest free financing which was a perk. An added bonus is that the store offers ebike repairs. In the end I decided to hold off a bit. I am going to do a complete a garage clean out project this summer and when I finish I will treat myself to a new bike which will hopefully be next years improved model. The technology on these bikes is advancing at rapid rates. This is the first all electric bike store I have come across so if you are looking to see them in person or purchase a bike right away, this is a great resource. read more

Great customer service just talked to Terry the owne I asked him a question about my son's scooter getting wet with the electronics and won't start back up my son was really concerned because we spent a lot of money on tires and things and getting it repaired and I guess he really just likes it a lot but the guy was honest with me he said the owner Terry said to me it's not worth it it's like doing bad money to bad money it's better just to buy a new one and the parts alone will cost more than the thing is worth and I wanted to say and take him time to write this review not only cuz I told him I was going to but because we need more honest people like this in the world you know he could have just wrote me off he could have done a lot of things she could have said bring it in I'll take a look at it no he was honest and he's reliable and I'm glad he's in our back neighborhood here in Boca and and I wish him his wife and his business much just asked cuz they deserve it honest people are hard to come by read more

My son ordered an electric bike from Amazon. We had to put it together ourselves, which was a little confusing, because they slightly changed the parts that came with the e-bike, compared to the instructions. There were also very few (and I mean 2, at most) videos on YouTube to assist with building it. After one or two small accidents on the bike, where neither my son, nor anyone else was injured, he felt as though the bike was not riding the same as it used to. We are both pretty handy, but were concerned that we really needed to have the bike checked out by a professional. Unfortunately, there are no E bike stores within a 15 mile radius of our home. Elecrusier was the closest so we gave them a shot. The expectation was that the bike would be ready by Tuesday (it was Saturday), but we received a call later that day that the bike would be ready the same day! He was able to pick it up in time to use it to travel to work again starting Monday. That was great and having the peace of mind that a professional was able to take a look and fix what was not quite right made the visit well worth it. There was even a little mishap because of some payment attempts that did not go through and a double charge was discovered, but the bike shop quickly reversed the second charge when brought to their attention. I wouldn't be mad if you all opened a shop in Coral Springs area? otherwise good place, fast and great service! read more

I needed a compact e-bike to ride a few miles to the gym and the beach and return home effortlessly (on the throttle) after a grueling workout. I spent a lot of time online trying to figure out what kind of electric bike I should buy, and the more I did the research, the more confused I got. Tired of comparing different vendors and models on the Internet, I decided to go to the local e-bike store. To my surprise, there weren't many shops selling e-bikes around.
