A few years ago we had Webfoot install heat cables on our roof in Bend, OR…read more The first year the Bend winter was mild thus we did not need to use the cables to remove snow from our roof. However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. Stay away from Webfoot and go to other vendors. Buyer beware! Unhappy customer in Bend ,OR

After that we learned to leave an escape route on the side they weren't working on. :) Super nice guys. Very respectful and easy to work with. Daniel came back in person to check on things and to let us know that they'd be an extra day because they ran out of some trim paint. I'll be giving them a ring when our other house needs paint. First he stated he would arrive on time and complete the job as specified. He also stated his work was thorough with an emphasis on details, and additionally, he stated that if hired he could schedule the work within two weeks if needed... Due to receiving the previous recommendation we chose Noah for the job. The following day we chose the color scheme for our home, and he was ready to start the job within a week. His promises were kept. He arrived on time and was prepared to complete the job. Our house and shop were pressured washed, all facia boards, doors and moldings were calked for weather protection.
