Yes, they are a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. The team that painted my house was prompt, skilled, neat and excellent at all parts of the task. I am so happy with the result. However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. Two days into the prepping and masking, their 2 best painters quit. Why?The job shut down for a day or two until they hired two very unqualified replacement painters. One was about 19 years old and knew nothing about painting and the other guy was equally inexperienced. The only 2 painters with any experience were the foreman and his wife. The foreman was hardly there to supervise. I found him sleeping in his truck on one or two occassion. They rushed the prep work and the professional paint job I was promised was anything but professional. Not only did they fail to do a good job, but they failed to come back and fix all the 100+ issues that are wrong with their workmanship. Further more, one of the young painters scatched and gouged my slate floor tiles while moving the refrigerator. Moreover, he failed to run an extension cord to re-plug it back in. It had no power for 24+ hours. My frozen fish, prawns & scallops all thawed. I quickly ate the salmon in 3 days, but threw away the shellfish and scallops worth over $60. This company has yet too come make good on their warranty work after 2 months. I called the owner and he said to call the foreman which I did 3 different times and left voicmails. He did call me back once and I asked him when are you coming to fix & finish the job. I paid you $21,000 in full!! They have ghosted me completely even after I paid the foreman a $500 bonus. Having 2 months to go over and scrutinize the job, did I realize this was a horrible paint job. The owner & foreman did try to contact me last week, but forwarded them to voicemail. It was a coincidence they called only because I contacted the account sales rep at Pittsburgh Paint to ask about buying new paint they mixed for my particular job. I now have gotten the Oregon CCB involved. I had 2 other painting contractors come over to get quotes on fixing their gross negligence and each contractor was flabbergasted at the sub-par work and one contractor basically called it a "hack job". Each contractor said the entire interior needs to be redone and parts of the exterior need to be redone to correct the all the numerous paint runs, the dozens of paint drips running down the walls, the paint overspray, drip still on my floors, uneven lines, not painting the exterior trim, dozens of paint smears, re-sanding to bare wood, using primer when needed on the porch railing near the Rainbirds which is now bubbling and peeling off due to moisture, all new prepping materials including masking tape, floor paper, time to move my furniture in the garage and me leaving my home for 4-5 days and several gallons of new paint for a cost of $20,700-$23,000. Even if they come to me and want to try and make it right, I dont trust them and I've lost confidence in their painting skills. Not to mention the bitter feelings now created with me going to the CCB for the monetary damages and emotional duress they have put me through. I still have to get a bid on replacing 3 badly damaged kitchen slate floor tiles due to negligence of their employees! All in all..."Caveat Emptor" Which is Latin for "Let the Buyer Beware" and try to work with a mid to large size experienced painting company with 10-30 employees and not a 4-5 person unseasoned crew. I'm sure this will go to mediation after the CCB comes out to inspect their work. A lawyer told me I have a good case, but go through the required steps with The CCB.

When we pointed this out, they agreed to fix it. However that was not the case and still are showing. I have built 3 homes and never had a worse interior trim paint job. They agreed to do additional work for our builder and they were in dispute over the amount they were paid because of extras that were not done with written change orders. We offered to pay a bonus at the end of the job if they fixed the issues we saw and when they didn't fix the trim we told them we were done with them and, of course, weren't paying them any more money than they were already paid by our builder. Not even six months later, we had tons of cracking and caulking failing at the joining edges of the trim. They agreed to come out to look at it and also had their paint rep from Miller paints come look at what was happening. The rep agreed the caulking was failing or they didn't apply it thick enough to have elasticity. Dylan, the owner, initially said he would come back and warranty the work but they were busy. We waited patiently for months, asking intermittently, but they delayed us. Finally, Dylan got Back to me and said they weren't going to warranty the work they completed prior because we essentially didn't pay the bonus. The contract clearly stated all changes to work that impacted the cost would be done in writing and that they warrantied there work for a year(the standard). However , Dylan's word means nothing and half his crew were baked stoners who could barely talk when they got dropped off from lunch because they were so high. Since this, I have research their license which has been suspended. We are filing a contractors board complaint and he was dodgy to not accept the certified mail notice of filing. Do yourself a favor, don't use these guys. They have no pride in their own work and don't care about their rep. These guys contacted me and said my photos weren't taken from normal viewing angles so it was being too picky. I've added some more, you be the judge.

My biggest complaint is that they were an hour late the first day. Since they did such a fine job on the exterior, we hired them to do the interior as well. Again, they did a good job. But they either used the wrong masking or didn't apply it correctly bc the paint bled onto the window edges in many spots. They didn't clean it up and it looks bad/sloppy. I put a check in the mail for payment but just after that the owner Yesenia called and wanted to be paid right away. So I wrote and gave her a second check on her promise to shred the first one when she got it. Which she says she did. The garage door wasn't installed when they first painted the exterior so they needed to come back and finish and do the clean up inside. The owner called to reschedule twice. The second time I declined bc the weather was due to change and get down to freezing at night. Says right on the can not to paint if the temperature will get below 50° within 24 hrs. Bend Paint paints new construction for builders and apparently the quality that they advertise on…read moretheir website (Why Choose Bend Painting?) is reserved for private paint jobs and not new construction for builders. Our home looks like a cross-eyed one-armed 5-year old primate painted it. We'd spoken to the builder about the horrid paint job and were told "it's within acceptable minimum standards" and in the next breath we were asked "can you see it from 10 feet away in natural light?" There's nothing about "minimum standards" and standing "10 feet away in natural light" on Bend Painting's website. Bend Painting, after all, advertises itself as "Bend Oregon's Premier Painting Company" So we called Bend Paint because this paint job is NOT representational of the quality of work they advertise all over their website. Bend paint hasn't returned the calls.
