We were not happy. Then a gentleman came out from behind the food truck and offered to help us put on our spare tire, and even loaned us two chairs. We were blessed by his kindness. The smells from the food truck were simply amazing, so we had to try some roti and butter chicken. We were now happy! We decided to get more roti and butter chicken for later. We also got goat curry, white channe, palak paneer, and paratha. Oh, and rice! Everything was fresh, fragrant, spicy and delicious. An eclectic mix, but all so good! We were happy for days!
