On a Monday afternoon, the place was very quiet. There were lots of large tables, which were pretty clean. They won me over with the self-serve soda fountain. Many of the tables had built-in video games that were entertaining while we waited. The staff was very nice. Since no one was around, they took the time to show us which happy meal toys they had and double checked on us when we hadn't gotten our order yet. Never stopping at this McDonalds again. It was extremely busy, right after (or before) the grapevine depending which way you're heading but that means double the amount of people! Both sides. The McDonald's was extremely crowded, people everywhere waiting for their order. We needed to stop to change our toddlers diaper, and the line for bathroom was there and there were some people using the handicap bathroom for changing and getting ready or whatever. It was annoying. Also they don't have a changing table, so weird! Anyway, I ordered in app and picked it up pretty fast. My husband did order on app too but didn't get it fast like I did, must have been stuck behind other orders. It was a mess of people! And it was during breakfast time around 7-8am. Busy. Best McDonald's I've walked into in my adult life, lol. It was warm and cozy with Christmas music playing. The booths had holiday decor on them. The table tops have touch screens for kids. The bathroom was clean and a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the sink counter. I could smell the flowers! My fiancé ordered a hash brown on the app and it came out fresh and hot! This by far is one of the cleanest McDonald's that I have ever been in, during all of my travels. When you walk in you can feel tidiness vibes right away. Now I'm not saying that it's a "5" star clean but just having a cleaner restroom is a good start. The added touch of holiday decor was inviting as well. Of the fall decorations and color. The restroom was also attended to with a nice large flower arrangement when you walk in and has about 4-5 stalls. Being a larger restroom than most locations. I did notice a sign that says "family owned " so that may have much to do with the up-keeping and expectations of the location. I did notice have to do much interaction with the staff as I used the kiosk located in the middle of the dinning area.,. But from I could hear with other customers the team seemed cordial. My food order was ready very quick from when I placed in. Being on the road for 5:45 (hours) this pit stop was better than a gas station stop, in the area. read more

A quick breakfast before heading out of town. The lady that took our order was friendly. They actually got all of our orders correct. (Which I know shouldn't be surprising, but it is McDonald's) The food was good, can't go wrong with McDonald's breakfast. But...if you know McDonald's you also know it's always something. Tsk tsk tsk....Four orders and not a single napkin. It's a shame that when coming to McDonald's you can expect the food to be decent for what it costs, but also that mistakes, rude service, and human error are a norm. I seriously hope that McDonald's is actually reading their reviews and taking them seriously rather than taking for granted that they're the largest burger franchise in the world. It is McDonald's. So you know what to expect and what you will get. Besides the fact that everything is so expensive now, the slowness and time to take care of a simple order of french fries was mind boggling. Staff was overwhelmed, but friendly. Not enough people working for the large rush of customers. Many of the customers were not nice or friendly to the staff but the staff still had a smile on their face. The french fries were good, like they always are. They were warm, golden, and delicious. Of course you are encouraged to order at the kiosk, do a mobile app order, or drive through and don't forget to register for an account so you can get rewards points good for free items later on. My deluxe chicken sandwich was undercooked and they forgot the sauce but I took it back and they remade it and gave me an extra fries. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Kiosks were easy to use. But you could also order at the counter. Nice seating area, modern interior. Just need to get the cooking better bc the second time around my sandwich was overcooked. read more

Shocked this place has such low stars? Clean, and so fun. I am an adult and just spent a good amount of time pressing the lights on one of the table because I was delighted they're interactive. The place is overall clean the food is good as long as you don't order fries. They are usually cold by the time you drive away. The only reason I go to this place is because, it's the only one in the area. I'm allergic to pickles and they put them on my food most of the time. As I former cook. I feel that the customer should get what they ask for. If you can't read the order or you just don't care. You really should just find another line of work. I understand it's fast food. Fast food places are hard to review since their staff is always hit and miss. This was a disaster from start to finish. The girl on the drive through was impossible to hear. When we got to the window, they didn't know what size drinks we ordered. Then, they told us to pull forward because our order wasn't ready. Surprising since we didn't order anything out of the ordinary. Even though the order was correct on the screen, half our order was wrong. Luckily I looked at my sandwich so they could replace it. Worst McDonald's in the whole world! We placed an order for curbside pickup but the mobile app would not accept a parking spot number. We got there and drove through and told them the problem and gave the number of the parking spot. They confirmed the items in our order and said they would bring it out to that space number. We sat there for 20 minutes and they never brought out the order. So we continued driving I-5, now 30 minutes behind on our travel plans. When we called them to make sure they didn't charge us for the order, they blamed us, saying their system didn't have our parking space number. Waste. Of. Time. This is a good McDonald's for a quick pit stop before you head into the grapevine to SoCal. Restroom is relatively clean. Parking is plentiful. You can order from the kiosk machines or also directly at the counter. I got some chicken sandwiches and those came out pretty quickly (under 5 mins) after ordering. My McChicken had a good ratio of mayo and lettuce on top. Chicken patty was hot and crispy. Yum. It was ~$2.49 now though vs the $1 it used to be back in the day.. Apparently they also sell glazed pull apart donuts too now. Not quite sure how I feel about that or how good they actually are. The ad posters plastered on the windows made them look delicious so maybe I'll try them out one day. read more

This McDonalds is the most modern and cleanest I have ever seen. For kids, the booth tables has a screen, where you can play puzzles. Sometimes could be a bit broken, but I cannot blame them. I came here with a group of friends and nearly everyone's order came out wrong. One of my friends wanted 1 patty removed from her big mac, and it came out with 0 patties. Another friend did not receive a toy (which comes with the meal), and when he asked for one at the front, they accused him of lying and hiding a toy. Then they said they would check the cameras to make sure! Another friend received large fries after ordering a medium, and found a half-eaten nugget in her mcnugget meal!!! we will not be ordering or eating here again. read more

Just your typical McDonald's serving up the usual fast food. The first thing I noticed as I entered were the colorful balloons hanging throughout the establishment. I liked how most tables come equipped with fresh flowers- little things like that can make a world of difference. One added star thanks to the clean, inviting, and friendly service being fished out. As an added bonus, this McDonald's offers separate ordering kiosks which allows you to bypass any potential long lines. This will allow you to order and pay. Service is prompt when it comes to ordering and receiving of the food. Food came out piping hot and tasted absolutely delicious. Easily a 5 star rating and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Not sure if mcdonald is price gouging its customer or not. I ordered 20 pieces of spicy McNuggets and was told that it costs $7.99, with tax it's 8.57. Ironically, I went to a mcdonald this morning and ordered 20 pieces and it costs me 5.79 with tax included. The few other times that I went other places and ordered the same thing , it came out to be $5-$6. Not sure why this location had such odd price. I understand that there's inflation but that's literally about 2 dollars difference. Not to mention that when I got the nuggets, they don't look like spicy nuggets at all. It usually is red color because it's called spicy. I'm not sure if this is a knock off version. It did had some spice to it in one box of 10 nuggets. The other was box was literally a refried batch of 10 pieces and cold, not fresh and I can't taste the spice on it. Also we had to repeat our order 5x while we ordering. Would I stopped by this mcdonald again? Probably not. Would I recommend it? Probably not. There are better choices. read more

Early morning in grapevine doesn't have a ton of options but this 24 hour McDonald's works just fine. We ordered a few items, with one item being the Tomatillo Bowl (breakfast turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, grilled spinach and kale, and topped with Monterey Jack cheese and tomatillo salsa). This wasn't half-bad and at 300 calories, a tasty alternative to the McMuffins and McGriddles. - Decent bathroom - They have ordering kiosks so you don't have to talk to a cashier. - I hate how quickly their video menu board flips to another picture or menu. But the tables and the decorations in this McDonald's are way better than any McDonald's I have visited in California. I'm here on a Sunday early morning on the way from Sacramento to Los Angels. Wanted a cup of coffee and breakfast. The outside of this McDonald's is same as any McDonald's. But the minute I walk in the restaurant. My eyes are catching by the decorations! This McDonald's looks different than the other McDonald's. This is what I feels! After we ordered the breakfasts and coffees. The next thing catching my eyes again is the tables. They have many tables in the dining room has LED lights inside the tables will change colors when your hands or your foods touch the table tops. It will change the colors only on the sections you have something on it. It is cool! The foods quality are same as other McDonald's, the coffees are hot. The cashier is friendly and fast as what I expected from McDonald's. Parking lot is little too tiny with s lot of empty non-parking space in between the street and the building. We have no problem to find a parking right in front of the main entrance early at the morning! But I don't know how they can handle all the cars on lunch time, unless this McDonald's is not as busy as those in the cities! read more

I have been trying to get a hold of a manager or supervisor besides a woman name, Maria. she sent two ununiformed kids to intimidate me and tell me to leave the parking lot when I had just purchased food in the chain shopping center and was on my lunch break parked there for no longer than 20-30 minutes. and when I went into the location to ask for a supervisor's number, I was threatening with Security. I called to leave a formal complaint or get a number and was told to find it and she hung up and I have yet to talk to anyone from that location since. Very unacceptable. read more

Good afternoon I had a terrible experience at this location. I was traveling from Rialto to Fresno and made a pit stop at the 25987 restraunt and the service they provided was poor. They did not allow us to use our app for points and burnt the chicken nuggets. Tasted like burnt cardboard and and was so hard and nasty. I think in general, this area gets really crowded. It's near all the shopping areas and there's a gas station nearby. It's 12:20pm and the drive thru gets packed, although they have two speakers that you can take your order from. It goes by fairly quickly. The 20 piece chicken nuggets in the Bay Area are $5, over here it's $7.99. So, I recommend downloading the McDonald's app because they have really good deals! With the app, you get the 20 piece nuggets and 2 any size fries for about $7! They kinda skimped us on the fries though. read more
