Without fail, we always go to Raising Cane's each Friday as this is my daughter's go-to fast food pick-up. I always use the app to order the usual: the combo box. The ease with which the app was designed makes it easy to place an order. When school is in session, I normally make the order from wherever I'm at and it's always ready for the hubby to pickup by the time they drive from school to the Panama/Ashe location. The box comes with 4 pieces of strips and you can customize online to select or deselect certain sides. Daughter doesn't like the slaw so extra fries for the win. As usual, the mela comes with their signature Cane's sauce and you can add extra ketchup at the end right before payment. The food is always hot, fresh and ready so don't have anything negative to say. The store is always packed with customers so you know they must be doing something right. Convenient to use Apple Pay through the app without having to enter each time or save your credit card info. Haven't quite joined the Caniac Club but will do so soon to enjoy some member-only benefits and rack up that 1-time free combo box! read more

Am i the only one that remembers when Canes came to town the fingers were twice as big and the prices were around 30% less? I stopped buying about 1 yr ago and dont plan on going back unless they change that. Unfortunately canes consistently forgets items I pay extra for, for example sauce, or alterations such as extra fries instead of coleslaw, and when you bring it up to the staff they argue with you as if you are lying even with the receipt in your hand and the bag they just handed you. You'd be better off skipping canes for Jollibee or something else that's comparable. read more

This is a really nice place. It's easy to see the staff take pride in keeping their place clean. Yes, they were busy, but everyone was friendly. We ordered the big box combo. It came out piping hot with a load of fries in only a few minutes. The sauce was tasty and added to the flavor. They filled the plate with good-sized chicken pieces. They give you a thick slice of bread and a serving of coleslaw. I got the bread, my wife got the coleslaw. She said it tasted very good. We got a lemonade, which was delicious. By far my favorite Raising Cane's location to stop through when I'm driving from the Bay to SoCal! It's a bit of a trek since it's located about 20 minutes from highway 5, but I will ALWAYS make a detour for my beloved Raising Cane's! You ain't got to tell me twice! I will be all up IN there! This location is bright, clean, and located in a large shopping center with lots of parking. The associates have always been pleasant and I never have to wait in too long of a line. I usually go inside when I stop here so that I can use the restroom and/or stretch my legs and a take a little break from the road. My go-to meal is their 3 finger combo which comes with 3 chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, a piece of grilled toast, and a drink of your choice. I always get their lemonade because it's poppin'! It has that fresh squeezed taste without being too tarte. The chicken is always so moist and perfectly executed. I'm not a fan of the Cane's sauce so I usually get honey mustard instead, and it's the perfectly compliment to the crispy tenders. The crinkle fries are delicious, and that toast is friggin' addictive! The toast is literally my favorite part of the meal. So damn good! I've tried their chicken sandwich was is solid but it's basically three chicken tenders between a bun with some sauce. I'd rather have the tenders without the bun, but it's always nice to try something different. I love that their menu is limited to what they do best (similar to In-N-Out Burger). Very disappointed with my order today I always come to this location. I never have to check my order. Why am I paying for extra sauce when they're not even gonna put it in my box doesn't make any sense I know it's only $.45 but still if I'm paying, I expect it to be in my bag. Second of all the tenders were extremely undercooked. The breading was completely falling off the chicken so disappointed I think I'm not going to this location any longer. Disappointed with Service My family of four visit regularly. Always great food. This time however I was disappointed with the service when it came to something as simple as asking for a cup of water. This particular Raising Canes ran out of water cups. I was told I would have to pay full price for their regular cups of if I wanted 2 cups of water. They only messed up my order one time which is not a big deal but when you ask for something to be different on the meal you are paying for you except it to be right, they had no problem fixing it. I don't think you can ever go wrong with raising canes aside to the long drive thru lines but surprisingly the line was short here which was great! I ordered my usual chicken strips, fries, piece of toast, coleslaw, sauce, and lemonade and it's like being in heaven! The chicken is crispy and tender and it's super good dipped in canes sauce and bbq sauce (my fave sauce). I did have to get my own sauce from home cuz they only provide canes sauce which tastes good but sometimes it's very overwhelming with all the greasy food. I typically don't leave reviews because of one mistake or one certain experience. However, the customer service recently has been bad. I understand some employees might have a bad day, but at least say a simple hi or enjoy your day at the end. The employees always look like they do not want to be there. I'm only saying this because I've been to different Raising Cane's locations and always get treated nicely and and/or at least greeted. On another note, I go to buy 2 box combos and the fries were way too over salted. They were not enjoyable to eat at all because every fry I tried to eat I had to try to get the salt off. Both me and my sister got these over salted fries in our combos and I assume other people did too. Other than that Cane's is good. Okay, who knew a place that sells just chicken fingers and chicken finger sandwiches could be soooooo darned good! That Cane sauce is so yummy and is on par to other chicken sandwich sauces like Chick-Fil-A or Popeyes.... The chicken and fried always seems to be freshly made, and the buns the chicken fingers come in are amazing soft and compliment the chicken and sauce perfectly! Writing this 5 star review before I even leave the restaurant. The chicken tastes fresh and the level of batter is just right. There's a crunch, but the chicken is never lost. Also - the house Cane's Sauce is excellent on the chicken.
