Their service has been sporadic and at times pickups get skipped resulting in overflowing bins for days or up to a week. As a community we should not being paying for a service that is not being met. If you are considering them, you may want to wait until there have there business problems resolved. Someone in the community today picked up dozens of bags left on the ground around the station and placed in a trash bag. This is not the responsibility of the residents. Back in the summer sometimes a pile or two would be missed and that is perfectly understandable. In the past 4 or 5 visits they have done OK but missed a few piles. Today, as I watched on my Ring, they were here for just a few minutes, made a quick pass across the middle of the side and middle of the front yard , and were gone. They missed about 1/2 dozen piles as I walked my sidewalk and looked a foot from the edge of it. ...and that is without me walking the yard. It also saves $960/year minus about $50 for a good pooper scooper and bags that I am going to buy. The guy who called and handled my cancellation was absolutely great and super nice!
