The RV sites are close together, which is common but they are also a little more private feeling. They have a ton of spots by the river, which makes it really nice. The campsites seems pretty unappealing. Just a plot in the middle of a field. I do appreciate that since his place is a little more simple and rural their prices really reflected that. There are a ton of ducks everywhere because I guess people feed them. They also have a pool which is kind of nice but I didn't swim in it. You can walk to a gas station in Dollar General if needed but it's about a half a mile away. Overall is a great option in the area.

We had our wedding here and everyone loved the venue. They had a blast! Everything we needed was there to help decorate and cook what we needed. I wish that there were more freezer space for ice as we kept having to go down the mountain to get ice for the weekend. We could never have enough. The management there doesn't keep in contact with you enough prior nor during the event. But Shannon (who I'm assuming does most of the maintenance there) was on site most of the time and was very helpful. I wish the lights were easier to figure out but that didn't hurt things. Overall we had a great time!

I know it's difficult to wash the outside of the windows but maybe a couple of times a year wipe off some of the spiderwebs. Other than that the bed was very comfortable, but I never saw a Roku TV where you need a code to add your own apps. The notes tell you to take the garbage out but don't tell you what cabin it's near. The location is good and I would still come here now that I know more about it.

This is our second visit to Lost Cove and we do not plan to look elsewhere and we plan to return yearly. It would be very hard to find a cleaner, well managed house in a rental. Tom and Kelly paid very close to ever detail in this rental and it offers so many amenities that most do not. It very clear that they want their guests to have the best experience they could have and we have always had just that. The entire atmosphere is just what you would want when you visit the mountains and the view is awesome. It is hand down the cleanest rentals I have ever had. What I enjoyed most was hanging out in the morning and evenings on the private deck with the hot tub. It was so nice and peaceful to look out into the forest and trees and sit in the silence. The deck was very private with a nice view! Other cabins were around, but nestled and hidden so well into the trees they blended right into the forest! The amenities in the cabin were also excellent. It was convenient to have a kitchen, microwave, coffee pot and grill if you wanted to eat in or have coffee on the deck. It was also a bonus to have a washer and dryer! The bed was HUGE and very comfortable! Another quality that made the cabin perfect was the location. Nestled in the woods, but still close enough to downtown Asheville where you can visit phenomenal restaurants and tons of great microbreweries. Cabins of Asheville is also close to so many hiking trails, Pisgah National Forest, Blue Ridge Parkway, scenic overlooks and waterfalls. So much nature and beauty! The communication with the owners was also perfect! I found the website to be excellent with accurate pictures and descriptions. As soon as I booked the cabin online, I received clear e-mail communication about next steps. I appreciated the very detailed and easy to follow directions to the cabin and how to access the key. I didn't need to contact the owners for our stay because things were perfect, but it was nice to know I had their contact information if it was needed. I visited at the end of June 2021 and I would like to come back again and would most definitely stay at Cabins of Asheville!

When searching for cabins in Asheville this one popped up but was more geared towards a "couples retreat" with one bedroom options. We decided to give them a call and we were pleasantly surprised. We ended up staying at their "Bearidise" cabin, which was a three bedroom two bath cabin. The decor was bear themed and a little outdated, but I think that addEd to its charm. Everything was also very clean. We had our own private balcony along with a private hot tub. Most of the cabin's heat was generated from the gas fireplace, which worked really well. We had a few questions for the owner and we were able to get him on the phone right away. He was extremely helpful and very kind. The cabins back up to the Pisgah National Forest and there is a short trail you can walk at the bottom of the hill. It's not an intense hike but the views are still pretty. The kitchen had all the basics so that you could cook a nice meal and the living room had a smart tv with a roku stick. Internet worked well but cell phone service was a little spotty, which was no surprise since we were in the mountains. The cabins are Conveniently located only about 25 miles from downtown Asheville. There are also restaurants and a grocery store located about 5-10 miles away. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
