The drivers were professional, polite and very helpful. The morning after the wedding my son realized he had lost his rental car keys. I called the shuttle company (my daughter-in-law had received a card from the driver) and the women who answered the phone (I did not get her name as I was in panic mode) was so helpful. She told me a driver had brought keys back to our hotel that morning but if those keys weren't my son's she would contact the other drivers and have them check the shuttles again. After she was able to confirm who our driver was - Jackson - she connected me with him. Jackson confirmed that the keys he returned to the hotel were in fact my son's. Jackson (and the wonderful women) went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. If you need a transportation company for any of your events this is the company to use. They truly care about their customers.

My wife and I attended a wedding this past weekend (9/17/16) at The Cliffs at Glassy. We live in Tryon, NC and didn't want to drive there for the wedding and back after the reception. In addition, we had never been to The Cliffs and were not sure where it was and how to navigate the winding road leading up to the resort. Having Limo Zen in the area was a blessing. We easily set up the reservation online and received a prompt reply from Heather confirming everything. A few days before the event she sent me the driver's name (Joe P.) and his contact number. On the day of the event I called Heather to confirm everything (because I'm a little OCD about plans and schedules). She confirmed that Joe would pick us up at 3:15 PM. At 3:10 PM he pulled into our driveway. PERFECT timing! The vehicle assigned to us that evening was a new black Cadillac Escalade. Joe has the AC set low (it was a hot day) and bottles of water for us. He was a delight to have a driver. Joe, we learned is a recent transplant to the area from Upstate NY so my wife and I (both native Tar Heels) had a lot of fun talking with him. Although only in the area a short while, Joe knew exactly where we going and the shortest route to take. We arrived right on time. After a beautiful wedding and wonderful reception, Joe picked us up at 9:30 PM (again perfect timing). We have used UBER, limo services and executive cars a lot when traveling in large cities and we can say Limo Zen (including Heather and Joe) are as good as any big city transportation service. I hope Limo Zen has a long and prosperous future in the WNC & Upstate SC area because we really need top level transportation services. Thanks Limo Zen. I'm sure we'll be using you again.

We had paid a deposit for two days of tour but when we contacted them 3-4 days prior we received a curt email which incorrectly stated that we were only booked for one day. Most businesses would have at least reviewed emails after receiving a detailed note from a client before sending such a rude response as the one we received. When we asked in repeat emails about what options were available for lunch and other specific questions no answers were received. However, the day of the tour George tried to turn the blame on us stating we would have needed to pre- order the meal with him despite his lack of email response about meal options. We also felt racially profiled since his interaction with my husband who is Caucasian visibly altered in addition to his entire demeanor, once we joined them In the hotel lobby and he realised that the other members of the tour, myself included were black. We opted not to take this tour since we felt that the new terms were different from what was previously discussed (not to mention he promised full flexibility with tours repeatedly on the phone) and we couldn't figure out how he'd be able to take us walking with the boot safely. We also were very specific in prior discussions that we had no interest in visiting the Biltmore estate but this was what George was encouraging us to switch to the day of the tour (once again probably because of his own limitations) He also tried to make us try to sign a waiver but then he got angry and defensive when we politely asked few polite questions about his insurance coverage and things to clarify what he was asking us to sign. Overall, I consider this a near miss event since everything suggested this tour would have been a competent disaster of a day had we gone on the road with George. The tour we ended up taking instead with a different company far exceeded our expectations without any hassle or racist undertones. George will probably try to defend his behavior by accusing us of being rude (this is in response to us asking for clarifications and for what we booked ) but since issues started way back from his side of the correspondence (or lack thereof) you can be the judge of the situation

The layout was ideal for our family of four with two adults and two kids. The main level includes a comfortable living area, dining space, kitchen, and bathroom. The hot tub is just outside the back door, making it incredibly easy to enjoy. Upstairs, there are two matching primary suites, each with a very comfortable king bed and a spacious bathroom with both a tub and shower. The laundry is also upstairs and conveniently located. The listing mentions three bedrooms, which can be a bit confusing. The bunk beds are more of an extra sleeping area adjacent to the two bedrooms. It is really a very spacious two bedroom home, and it worked perfectly for us. We were visiting friends who have a home in Wolf Laurel near the new Hatley Pointe ski resort. I did not want to stay in an old, moldy cabin, and while this home required a bit more driving, it was absolutely worth it. We loved this house and are already looking at dates for our next stay. On a whim, we realized that we were passing by the woodshop of our family friends and we asked if he would mind pulling into the driveway to see if he was home, he didn't even flinch as we pulled up the gravel driveway to the little cottage-like home that was quite the deviation from the plan to the winery. To say he is flexible and accommodating would be an understatement. We are only in the area once, maybe twice a year, but my family is already floating his business card and information around their development because of how great his service is.
