Contacted them several times, and was told it wasn't ready and they would call. Never received a call,I always had to contact them. After a week and a half got my laptop back. It was completely dead, so there was no way to check new protection. My husband picked it up not knowing I had taken bag and mouse. When he got home we called about accessories. When we got charged up there was a popup that said our protection would expire in 3 days. When we went back to get our accessories I asked to be shown where the protection was. It had not been installed. Was not charged but had to leave it again. Will not be going back.
