    To Management of Office Express,…read more I have been a regular customer of your store for approximately seven years. During that time, I have visited once or twice a month and have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with your business. Until recently, my experiences were consistently professional. Over the last six months, however, I have noticed a dramatic change in the way I am treated by certain employees. While one of your male employees has always been courteous, professional, and helpful, two female employees have repeatedly displayed hostility, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior toward me. On June 3, 2026, I came into your store to make approximately 150 copies. The copier was not functioning properly. An employee attempted to use the machine multiple times without success. I then requested only a few copies. No one informed me that there would be a different charge because an employee was making the copies rather than me making them myself. When I received my bill and asked about the pricing difference, I was met with an argumentative and dismissive attitude rather than a professional explanation. As I attempted to explain the situation, one employee repeatedly interrupted me, became increasingly rude, and refused to listen. Another employee eventually told her to stop arguing and move on. This was not an isolated incident. It was simply the latest example of a pattern of disrespectful treatment that I have experienced from the same individuals. I have never been rude, threatening, or disruptive in your store. In fact, over seven years, I have spoken very little to these employees beyond normal customer interactions. Yet I continue to be treated as though I am unwelcome. As a long-time customer, I find this disappointing. Customers should not be subjected to hostility, gossip, judgment, or unprofessional conduct while conducting ordinary business. Whether an employee personally likes a customer is irrelevant. Professionalism is part of the job. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe management should know how customers are being treated.
