Even though my apnea is not as serious as others, it would still be nice to know something. I like how with my Dr through Summit always have things imputed into my portal so I can see it, here they dont. The only thing they noted was my moderate sleep apnea and restless leg syndrome, no test results or documents.

I have to drop my rating a bit on this one. Outside of Dylan, the service here is hurting. Dylan…read morehas been awesome each time I have been there. The lady at the front counter/window on 10/7 and 10/8 should look for a new job. I would say McDonalds but customers there deserve somebody that cares as much as any other place. She certainly doesn't and you are a burden. I am going to request another sleep clinic next time I see My Primary Care Physician but if I have to go back here I will be asking to see somebody other than Cynthia Whisenant because she makes me feel the same way. A burden, a waste of time, someone to look down her nose at, a reason for an eye roll. I've seen her a few times and this has been my impression on both occasions. I appreciate that she already knows what I have to say before saying it because she is a genius and why should I be speaking anyway? Oh yeah, I'm the patient, she is the provider, this is what we are supposed to do. Try smiling. If you have to fake "caring for a patient..." then do it. Get back to the old crew from a year ago, this one is a disapointment.

I had a difficult time getting a call back for two weeks after leaving several messages. The office manager said they are working through their use of a new AI "virtual assistant" for their phone line. I hope it is easier to access the care team once they work through those concerns.

First, after my lab work was completed, no one reviewed the results with me. I called multiple times and sent a message through the patient portal, but never received a response. I ultimately had to wait until my next appointment, weeks later, to discuss my results and obtain a copy. Second, it's not possible to call and schedule an appointment directly. Patients are required to leave a message with an AI assistant and wait for a callback. When I called today to schedule an appointment for pain in my right pelvic area, I was told the phone line was only for physicians and that I had to use the AI system. That process is frustrating and inappropriate for patients with urgent concerns that need timely evaluation but don't necessarily require an emergency room visit. While I have been happy with my physician, the practice's communication and scheduling processes have made it difficult to receive timely care. Because of these ongoing issues, I am looking for a new gynecologist.
