He started with a good repore but when he asked just how much money was on the Care Credit card he changed treatment and went with something "cheaper", then charged me the exact amount that was on the card. When our dog worsened, we took her back in since he was the one who treated her first. I did not have as much money available. We were scared for her. When it came time to check out, we didn't have enough money. We paid them all the money on the Care Credit card and we needed $100. They were snoody about it. The next day we called them and paid $58 more dollars, leaving a balance of $42. Our dog got better with the antibiotic. When she ran out I called them and asked them to call in more of the same medicine that she was on. The receptionist replied that we had to clear our balance before he would do that. It's 14 days until we get more money. By that time we would be in the same shape as before. I mistook him for someone who cared.

He is now 14yrs old and they take him to grandma's house for boarding as she will take small senior dogs. He seems to do great each time and keeps a peace of mind for us when traveling. The great thing is on the boarding they allow your dog to play during the day in the play group with other dogs. They post pictures daily, which is great to see. No extra fees for the playtime. With as many pet owners in the area we have been fortunate to get our dog into the boarding as needed. I would suggest booking in advance to secure your spot especially during school holiday time.

We booked our pup for an appointment. PPPS uses text to communicate with you and the communication is excellent. PPPS needed vaccine records and many additional details to make sure it was safe for all the other pups at their location. We dropped off Zoey and spoke with the groomer (Bree). Bree was very aware of how to properly groom an Aussie. We had a brief conversation about what we wanted and believed Zoey was in capable hands. When Zoey was done, we got a text to pick her up. I was greeted upon arrival and Zoey was led out to me right away. Zoey looked fantastic!!! Bree groomed her exactly the way we had discussed. Zoey looked even better than I had hoped. I gave Bree a $20.00 tip. When I brought Zoey home and my wife saw her, my wife loved the grooming. My wife's only complaint was that I should have given Bree a bigger tip. I will fix that the next time we bring Zoey in for a groom.

They were so kind and caring, going out of their way to lift our mood while treating our baby like he was their own. They explained every concern and every cost in a way that didn't make us feel stressed or pressured. They ran an ultrasound and bloodwork, got the results back fast, and walked us through everything step by step. Little Monster went home with meds and a few options for the future, and we left feeling hopeful instead of terrified. Because of how supported they made us feel during one of the scariest moments, we're officially switching over and becoming permanent patients. They earned our trust in one visit.
