Skin feels well hydrated, and looking forward to my hair, nails and mood to be better too the staff there is very nice and gentle when sticking you with a needle, which is absolutely necessary especially for those that are sensitive for those who have never had IV treatment I know this could be the discouraging factor. Don't let that be the stop because you'll be missing out on something amazing for your health. This business has quite the audacity. After I was treated extremely disrespectfully by their nurse and I reported it to management, they then proceeded to tell me I was welcome to come back, to another location. So you are not going to take action but instead suggest to make me drive somewhere else and either way: are you seriously thinking I will be spending money at any of your locations after being treated disgustingly rude by the nurse!?? I don't think so. This is not about wellness in this place. Not a judgment free zone but just straight up rude. And the response confirmed this business got no manners. read more

The staff was so professional and sweet. I really enjoyed my time here, especially it been my first time getting an IV. They made it pleasant for me. I loved the small pods. It felt so safe and comforting. The master cocktail helped with my dehydration and cleared up my skin. I was breaking out pretty bad. Who knew it was from north drinking enough water and eating too much sugar. The gluthiathone helped clear my symptoms I was having from being pre-diabetic. If you would liek to have your appointment cancelled 3 hours before you are supposed to arrive, this is your place. A week ago I reached out to IV Lounge Celebration to confirm that with orders from my OB provider I would be able to receive an infusion of Lactated Ringers (LR) as I am paritcipting in the Princess Half Marathon Weekend events (10k and 1/2 Marathon). I was met with this would not be a problem as long as I had the orders from my midwife. I made the appointment and went on about my week. Middle of the week (Wednesday 2/22/23) I was emailed by the location stating they would not be able to provide the service without orders/consent from my OB provider. I promptly replied to the email with the oders from my midwife and was met with "That's great. Thank you for your prompt response. We will see you this Saturday. Enjoy the rest of your week." leading me to believe that all was squared away and I was good to go. THREE hours before my appointment I received an email- not a phone call- an email stating their medical doctor, Dr. Suppiah, would not approve the infusion. A phone call reveled that this doctor is too worried for the "risk involved". Yes, I am pregnant, HOWEVER anyone in the medical field knows LR is the fluid of choice for pregnant women. There certainly is more risk invovled for myself and baby if I were to become dehydrated. Apparently this provider knows more than my midwife who has been taking care of me my entire pregnancy and knows my history and knows my risk factors. If my midwife wrote the orders, I can't quite understand why another provider would challenge a specialist in obstetrics. Further more, the impersonal, unprofessional nature of receiving an email vs. a phone call does not sit well with me (sure they were going to call- however, I feel the phone call attempt should have occurred before the email even went out).. Three hours notice did not allow a lot of time to develop a Plan B. With as warm as the weather is, my midwife and I agreed that receiving fluids before and after the races were the best course of action to keep me AND baby healthy. IV Lounge apparently feels they know better but luckily I was able to secure an alternative to ensure adequate hydration for myself and baby to keep us safe. read more

CLERMONT LOCATION: What has this world come too, I go in for my first time a few days ago at this IV Lounge in Clermont and to start with this guy comes to me after I been waiting for some time and off the back this man is trying to sell me a membership down my throat of course I decline and move forward with wanting to just get a bag of IV therapy he takes me to the room I'm guessing where they do the IV's and to start off this amateur does not even take any vitals (if you in the medical field you know that vitals are very important) then this peanut head of a manger is talking to me about how he is the manger and how I waited a bit because the owners do not want to add more paramedics to the schedule because of payroll like dude I'm not here for this nor was it busy it was just me and another customer yeah he really needs to get off his high horse, then goes on to talk about what great things he is doing with the place he made me think he was the owner very unprofessional like that mattered this guy continues to talk about some employees of the establishment this was my key to go no thanks, I went in to get some IV therapy not listen to this crap and then the choice of music for the establishment is not it this should be calming no giving me more stress than I already have. read more

I've never been one to write a yelp review before because i don't care to hurt peoples businesses with one bad day. with that being said this is more than just bad service or a rude person. the staff was very friendly and kind but i'm not sure if the man working there knew what he was doing. I went in because i was very ill causing serious dehydration so my partner wanted to me to get an iv to quicken the healing process i sat down after he had put the iv in and waited once the bag was empty he went to take it out and i don't think he did it properly because blood spilt out of the catheter all over the floor. i've only had 1 other IV so i was very confused and scared. then my partner also got an iv because he is an athlete and wanted to replenish his vitamins which he has done 100+ times so no biggie well his IV wasn't dripping constantly so the man tried to mess with it to make it more steady and while doing so it dislodged from his vein and began to make a ball of liquid on his arm. Causing anxiety and now soreness. This is never okay. They took the IV out and my partner wasn't wanting to do it again so they put it on a store credit. No offer of a refund or anything like that just a store credit which i don't think we will ever use considering the experience we had. i hope that this never happens to someone else and that man does some extra work or finds a new career. I give this place no stars if i could read more

I was visiting from California and got severe food poisoning. Being a nurse, I knew I needed fluids and didn't want to wait at urgent care or the ER. I found this place by Googling for IV fluids. It was a God send! A comfortable, clean place. The nurses were fantastic and quick. I felt so much better after my infusion. From the moment you walk through the doors you feel as though you have been dropped into a very beautiful, tranquil, inviting environment. The pod chairs are so relaxing!
