Their tacos are delicious and perfect for takeout because the tortillas are grilled and more sturdy. The keto tacos are actually legit. They are made with a grilled vegetable tortilla and flavoured with either turmeric or chipotle. As a required vessel to hold all that the taco goodness inside - it's a perfect low-carb option. The cherry on top of the amazing food is the wonderful owner and staff. On a rare work day off, I went to ivanopoblano's food truck. Finally! It only took two years! It was very much worth the wait. It was brunch time and I was craving eggs, so I ordered the breakfast nachos and a freshly blended smoothie. That was after a rather animated and friendly conversation about his menu. When someone loves food as much as he does, you can tell. It's very refreshing because...yay food! He went gentle on the spice for me which was appreciated but the nachos certainly didn't lack flavour. The eggs were fluffy, mixed in with the freshly made salsa and chips. A dollop of sour cream finished it off. I went to a wedding recently catered by Ivano and the meal there was also amazing. Mashed potatoes, ratatouille and a chicken dish with an awesome bean and salsa appetizer. The other magical thing about Ivano is that he is very accommodating and with notice, can prepare meals to pick up after his normal hours. read more

Qué rico! As always in our travels, some of the best places to eat are tucked away in place you'd never expect and so fun to find! Ivanopoblano is a food truck that is parked on the side of a business parking lot...Lyn-Dys. Not only is the owner a great cook but he is super personable as well! The food truck items are 100% organic with choices ranging from meat (chicken & beef) to vegetarian and vegan and a big bonus is he can offer gluten free as well! I'd highly recommend one of his vegan options, which is Ratatouille taco. It was so incredibly flavorful with sweet potatoes and beans and was just the perfect amount of food after having to try the Mushroom taco as well. It was just as flavorful and a first for me, having a taco with mushrooms and I'd definitely order it again! Husband had the Beef taco and Avocado taco and said they were both really good too...perfect spice, perfect flavor. I have to mention that he also went the extra mile and cleaned his grills really good because he is extremely conscious of celiac disease and when I mentioned we both had flour allergies he cleaned everything off the grills. That's pretty cool in my books and we will be returning while staying in London because I need to try his Chilaquiles!! read more

I was pretty impressed with this spot. The couple who own and run it seem like really nice people, the decor is absolutely stunning. Dine in isn't an option right now, but when it is, it's going to be a great place to have the meal. I had corn tortillas filled with chicken and ratatouille, my friend had the keto tortillas filled with chicken, beef, and mushroom.
