Once I got the truck back the outside looked great. The inside looked like a 4 year old cleaned it. Dirt remained in the cup holders, on the dash, around the stirring wheel and on the doors. For some reason, after calling a couple of "name brand" local places and being horrified that the cost would be the same if I used my oil OR theirs, I got a gut feeling out of nowhere to call J & J... and boy, am I glad I did!!! The gentleman who answered the phone didn't find anything strange about my request, and when I mentioned that it was for my elderly sister who had limited funds it was a quick "hold on a sec" and he was back with "how about $20?" I was thrilled beyond belief, and they actually said they could do it today, at 1 pm... perfection!!! I arrived about a half hour early... I wanted to make sure I wasn't late... it's a quirk of mine. They didn't mind at all, and actually took the car right in! Immediate service with smiles for miles! I watched a couple of cars being detailed... from headlights being buffed to shiny clarity to everything else. This place is AMAZING. It's nothing fancy to look at... but why should it be? It's the SERVICE that counts! The car was finished in no time, and there was actually a half quart of oil left in the big jug, which was stored away in the truck for future use. I gave these guys hugs. I did. They were truly blessings. I will be back for every oil change this old car has left in it. My vehicles battery started draining real quick and the radio shut off and wouldn't come back on. They checked it out and said there was no problem And sent me on our way. That went on for weeks till we decided to have the system taken out and now the radio works and the vehicle has been sitting for 3 weeks and starts right up. I wouldn't bother having any electrical done at this business. They do great with tint but electrical they don't know what they are doing.
