I called and needed help on short notice to replace a TV on a wall. Not only was he able to help on the same day, but also during a holiday weekend! The work was excellent and he was on time. This is such a rare commodity for the people who do this type of work. Finally, when we mounted the new TV on the wall, Ivan went out of his way to replace screws (ran to the hardware store on his own) that I had the wrong size and then remounted the location of the TV to a better height level. He stayed an extra hour to make sure the job was done right. I am a type of person who wants to find "the best person" for things and Ivan is now my new guy for all handyman type of work. Fantastic job!! I tried to install a window AC unit, but had too many challenges with drilling into window sill and window sill was too narrow for a universal window ac platform. Ivan arrived on time, was extremely courteous and did excellent work for me. He completely removed dismantled/uninstalled an old kitchen for me and trashed all the old cabinets, sink etc. This was not an easy job. He needed to remove old cabinetry, old wiring and everything in between. Anyone who has gutted their kitchen knows that the removal is one of the harder jobs during kitchen renovations. He even had to break up a stone counter-top to carry it out which was a heavy messy job. Ivan was kind enough to leave me his shop-vac to clean up any other work I had to do as I patched the wall after which completely which was unexpected and very kind. Ivan was cautious with tasks and wouldn't take on anything that may not give a good result. This is important in a contractor as most like to accept to for sake of it regardless of outcome.I could not be more grateful for Ivan and will definitely be using his services in near future.
