Had my street rod in for repairs and things did not go as planned or as estimated found out after…read morerepairs were done they even charged 6 hrs at 100 per hr for looking up parts,also,charged for time on phone with tech advisors on components they installed that they could not get to work The car did not make it home 4 miles had to bring back on wrecker then after another month of the 9 months they had it ,it failed to make it home again. Wrecker once more to another shop where they found out that the fuel injection they installed was wired incorrectly and placed in the wrong area for heat causing it to burn up the dist modules (4 times) it cost me 3300 dollars for the repair to fix their mistakes on top of the 22,000 I paid 901 customs. I paid over $1,700 to have my commercial pressure washing trailer plumbed. From the beginning, I discussed having everything connected, including the water supply lines to the tank. When I picked up the trailer, those lines hadn't even been connected. After I brought the trailer back to have them finished, I was charged an additional $165 just to run two hoses that I believed were included in the original job. I was also disappointed with the quality of the materials that were used. The plumbing was done with basic clear braided PVC hose and standard worm-drive hose clamps. For a commercial pressure washing rig, I expected professional-grade components that would match the quality and price of the work being performed. The materials used simply did not reflect what I would expect from a professional installation costing over $1,700. To make matters worse, one of the lines cracked before I even completed my first job, requiring me to bring the trailer back for repairs. When I reached out to resolve the issue, I wasn't asking for a full refund. I simply requested that the $165 charge be refunded, which I felt was a fair compromise. Instead, I was only offered store credit, which wasn't an acceptable solution since I don't plan on doing business there again after this experience. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I believe customers paying premium prices should receive premium workmanship, quality materials, and fair customer service. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of those expectations.
