He never clearly explained the cost of the spark plugs--likely because he knew they wouldn't add up to that price. Instead, he tried to upsell a fuel system cleaning for $774. Again, I only came in for a basic tune-up. I later went to AutoZone in Collierville, where a representative named Caleb told me the parts for a tune-up would cost about $85 plus labor, and he even helped me find a discount. Do not go to Firestone. They take advantage of women who may not be familiar with car maintenance. If you do go, make sure you bring someone experienced with vehicles, or you may end up overpaying for basic services like tires and tune-ups.

As it always goes, what seems cheap initially will always end up costing more. Their supervisor, Mike, is pretty arrogant, not friendly at all. Kind of a pain to work with.
