When I finally decided to shop around for a quote, Farmer's was quoting me about $30 less a month for a comparable package than other agencies, but I still didn't totally understand what I was getting myself into, and decided to call my local agent to clarify some parts of the policy. Lucky for me, that agent was Kulwinder. She was really patient with me as I went through the policy line-by-line and asked her what different things meant. We went through a few rounds of (tediously) revised quotes with questions (a lot of questions, haha) between each round before I finally settled on a plan that worked for me. Even though I called her several times throughout this process, Kulwinder never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. She is super warm and patient, and I really enjoyed talking to her. He is very very knowledgeable and was able to fully answer any and all questions we had. Most recently we contacted him to make a change to a current policy. He took care of that for us so we had minimal effort on our part. While making that change he did notice an issue we had with another policy, an error on our end nothing to do with his portion, and he went above and beyond to help us correct the problem and make sure our family was fully covered.
