I'm shocked at how good this place is! Good prices, quality work. I'm glad my neighbor told me about Ivey.

Gallo-Miller refused me service. I was impressed!…read more I was recommended to them after my 1994 Chevy had been side-swiped on the street. My driver's side mirror was broken and there was a large scratch and a slight amount of gouging/denting along the very bottom of my door. One of the reps, Cory, came out to inspect my car and clean it up a bit. I talked to Cory about how I figured I could replace the mirror myself (I have already found one on eBay) but was concerned about the scratched door starting to rust out. He told me that they could get it back to perfect, or just smooth it out and repaint it, but it would cost a lot because of the fact that the entire panel would need to be prepped and painted to look right. With this old of a car it just wasn't reasonable to spend the money on such minor damage. Instead, he spent the time to talk to me about my concerns of rusting and how I could get touch-up paint to do it myself. He even told me that once I got a matching paint I was welcome to come back and he'd give me another quick tutorial on how to best apply it. I was thoroughly impressed by his honesty and genuine care. If I ever have a problem with this car (or more likely, our newer car) that needs a body shop to fix - I will be back!

I opened the driver's door and a big dent and scratch inside the door frame. I pointed that out to the manager. His response was that they would never make that mistake and it was me that damaged the truck by slamming my seat belt buckle in the door. I 100% know it was not there when I dropped off the door. They will not take responsibility. I would never use them again. Their reputation for being a premier service is incorrect. By the way I showed them the seat belt buckle, it looked brand new with no scratch or scuff any where. Stay away!!!

I had my vehicle sent to Caliber Collision after a recent accident. The process was easy and…read moreeverything went well. I got the notification along with a call 1 day after the estimated completion date. When I arrived I was told that I would have to come back to have a front emblem put on since it had yet to arrive. That was no big deal and I was happy to do so. I went out with an employee to go over my vehicle. The service advisor Jay was not in at the time and this person had no idea anything about my vehicle except what was on the sheet handed to him. I noticed almost immediately that there was a gap on the passenger side between the bumper and hood. I pointed that out and was told they'd make note of that and when the emblem was applied, they would adjust it. Again, no big deal and I was agreeable to this. I got in the car and started it and it was running very rough and shaking. My Stabilitrak light also came on indicating an issue. I went back in and they had someone come out and scan the car. The code came back as a misfire which it did not have before the repairs. I left the vehicle there and was told it would be looked at and repaired and my rental would be covered in the meantime. I went back to work and got a call not much later being told the bumper had been fixed and the code cleared for the misfire. Clearing a code does not simply fix an issue, what set the misfire code? Instead of doing an actual diagnostic to figure that out, they just cleared it and said it's done. They also told my insurance agency that the driver's side fender didn't match the color of the OEM paint which is wrong. They refused to look further into the issue and state only that the car is done and ready to go and they would NOT be paying for the rental. They also said the bumper needed adjustment because it was an aftermarket part and faulted State Farm. State Farm didn't apply the bumper without correctly adjusting it, Caliber Collision did. More accurately, Jay W. is the one who did it incorrectly. 1/23/25 my car went back again to readjust the bumper. I also found out the night before that the passenger door handle had been left undone and could not be opened from the inside and, there was a strange noise upon heavy acceleration. Turns out Jay said they put a broken air duct on it. He claimed in an email to me that the wire going to the handle had come undone and reattached and again that the bumper was adjusted and I would need to contact State Farm if I was unhappy and request an OEM part. He said the intake air duct they installed was cracked at a bracket.
