A…read morefriend of mine also was on the program and loosing weight like crazy so I decided that I wanted to give it a try!! This diet not only works but it makes you feel amazing while being on it. Of course, every day it's hard. I would battle to not eat carbs and more carbs. Sticking to eating a certain amount of calories, eating their product and increasing water was SO hard at first. After the first week and down 8 lbs I knew I wasn't going to give up. After a while I slipped on and off the diet but again 4 weeks ago decided to do it 100 percent in. I am down now 10 lbs of body fat. I feel amazing. Look so much more amazing and just overall feel Happy. Their food is delish. I am obsessed with the maple oatmeal and love their cook book. Aside from their product, the owner Ed has really changed the way I feel about myself and pushing to do this diet not to loose weight and look good but to overall feel good about ME! The numbers only tell part of the Results 22 story. On April 14, 2016 I weighed in at Results 22…read more(Glenview) at 241 lbs. with a 42" waist. I'm 5'9" and 62 years old. I had given up on losing weight (I tried - and failed at - WeightWatchers, Lose It, South Beach, the Daniel Plan, etc. etc.) and resolved myself to go into old age overweight but happy...or so I thought. Today, after just 19 weeks, I reached my weight loss goal through Results 22 and Ideal Protein. I weigh 172 lbs. and have a 33" waist. (That's a 69-lb weight loss.) Thank you Ed, Colleen, and the rest of the Results 22 team. You're incredible! My journey began when my cardiologist told me about Results 22. "I don't know much about the plan," he told me during my annual checkup in April, "but I've had several patients come back after the program and i don't recognize them. It's 100% effective. Check it out." So, I did at a very low-pressure Monday night information session. The essence of the program is that you use three Ideal Protein 'meals' (e.g. a bar or drink or chips or..) and one 'real meal' every day that consists of 6-8 ozs of lean protein and certain vegetables (no sugary root vegetables). There's limited cardio exercise allowed and you need to consume at least 1/4 tsp of salt (sodium) to replace what everyone loses on a ketogenic diet. The rest is history. If you're struggling with weight loss and, like me, have given up after failing at every other diet program, please give Results 22 a try. If I can do it anyone can. The program is so easy to administer, you're never hungry on the plan, and the weight that falls of of you is the most important kind - the visceral fat that clings to your heart, liver, lungs, and other vital organs. Now when people tell me how amazing i look (people say, at least 10 years younger) I tell them I feel even better. Now I'm in control...not food. My blood pressure has fallen from 143/91 to 110/65 (I'm weaning off my Atenolol). I have more energy and it stays constant throughout the day. No sugar rushes and post-lunch crashes. Some people might think the program is expensive BUT the cost of the program and the Ideal Protein food is offset by a vastly lower bill at the grocery store and at restaurants (we definitely eat out, just not as frequently and, when we do, we're far more measured in what we order and how much we eat). One final note. I did the program with my wife and 23-year-old son. It REALLY helps if more than one person in the household does the program, especially if one of those people is the one who is the chief cook. Thank you Results 22. You've given us a chance to start over.

As someone who lives downtown and has an issue getting mail I specifically signed up under the impression I could pick up the medication in office. After finding out that was not true I asked to cancel they agreed and said I would receive a refund within 5 days. It is now over a month later and still no refund I have called over a dozen times and can't get a call back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If there is a weight machine that is in use, he'll know three or four other ways to exercise that muscle group that don't rely on that machine. I drove over 45 minutes for this appointment, only to be handed additional paperwork when I arrived that had never been mentioned beforehand. I was asked to provide my ethnicity and a copy of my driver's license before they would see me. None of this was discussed when I booked the appointment. Had I known in advance that this information would be required, I could have made an informed decision before making the drive. When I questioned why my race was necessary for what was supposed to be a simple facial -- not surgery -- I was told they "needed to know my race to determine my skin type." That explanation did not sit well with me. Skin type can be evaluated professionally without reducing it to race. Because I was uncomfortable with the additional undisclosed requirements, I chose to walk out. Transparency matters. If certain documents or demographic information are mandatory, that should be clearly communicated before taking a deposit and having clients travel significant distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated.

I chose to leave an honest review instead so others don't end up in the same situation I am in... Like many women, I have always been unhappy with the state of my stomach. Diet and exercise couldn't seem to give me the flat stomach I desired so I turned to cool sculpting as liposuction seemed to be for more extreme cases and was much more expensive. Upon my initial consultation a really nice woman told me I had a similar body to hers and since my problem area "wasn't too bad" that I should see desired results after one treatment. I proceeded with cool sculpting, and not only was I unhappy with the outcome, the healing process proved very difficult. I was told some "slight tenderness" was in order, but what I had was weeks of lumps under my skin that painfully needed to be rubbed out on several re-visits. It felt like someone was pressing fire onto bruises. I didn't notice anything in the way of results so another very nice woman explained that two treatments were needed, and the woman who told me I only needed one was "let go" for giving me misinformation. I spent $2500 on the first treatment which I was being told would be completely wasted without a second treatment of $2100. The second treatment brought more of the same. Extreme pain to the point that I couldn't sleep on anything but my back, calling into work because I couldn't put on pants due to the painful lumps, dizziness, nausea, and this time a swollen stomach for over three weeks that left me looking 8 months pregnant. The woman who preformed the cool sculpting had me meet with the owner Irfan who insisted my case wasn't normal, and they would contact the rep for the cool sculpting to see what could be done. Since my treatment, the second nice woman has also been let go... I lost ten pounds through diet and exercise from the beginning of my first cool sculpting to the end of my second, and I am left looking larger than I did before I had the procedure done in the first place. It's like I am permanently swollen. After months of back and forth and meeting with another doctor (think about ten extra visits in total for complications and viewings), I was told the only thing they were willing to do was another round of treatment for free. If something caused you the worst pain of your life and to be larger than you were in the first place, would you want to put yourself through that again? I explained I understood I signed something saying that results may vary, but no where did it say I would have REVERSE results and such an incredibly painful healing process/recovery. I'm now out $4600 I saved YEARS for with zero compassion from the owner who viewed my horrific situation himself. In fact one of his emails even said, "If the treatment was so painful why did you opt for second round of treatment," and referred to my pain as "alleged" even though he met me with personally on one of my many visits. I found the entire interaction condescending and unprofessional. He acted as if offering me $300 of my $4600 was so incredibly generous. It wouldn't even cover my missed wages or gas for all my follow up visits. Also, I opted for a second round of treatment the same way women opt for another child. Sure giving birth it is painful, but the results are supposed to be worth it right? I was told I wouldn't see any results without it. My mistake for trusting this practice. Do yourself a favor and save your money. They have zero bedside manner, and if your procedure goes awry, don't expect any kind of compensation or compassion. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
