We had to pay the $23 fee even due to their mixup and poor customer service..you'd think they would apologize and say don't worry about it. The lady at the front (manager apparently) was not hospitable nor tried to genuinely resolve the issue. It took us 25 minutes to drive there each way. We would've appreciated no charge for that original trial to show us that we are valued as a customer who was willing to return. I recommend looking into other preschool classes that offer something similar.
