My friend I went with also had her nails chip within a few days. Clearly it wasn't a good manicure. I've been getting my nails done my entire life. I would have definitely returned had she refunded me but now I never will and I wouldn't recommend anyone go here either. And I don't believe for a minute she would've refunded me as she said in her email that it might've been my fault it chipped lol. Why would I chip my own nail I paid $75 for? Offering $10 to fix it when you could've just refunded me and 1) kept a customer & 2) prevented a 1 star review would've probably made more sense as a business owner. I gave a 4 star originally because I truly thought the people there were nice & originally thought the lady did a good job. No nail should chip after 48 hours & having 3 chip after 1 week is ridiculous. Where I go, where I live, my nails last a month. No chips. Oh well!

This is my second time at the spa and 1st time staying at the lodge . What a beautiful property. We booked into the spa to treat ourselves . We went in early to get our sandals and robes and take advantage of the facilities. We started off in the rooftop Hot Tub which was a bit cooler than usual but with the sunny -2 temperature it was a great start to the day . We then took a break in the fantastic steam room, which was so relaxing . Moving into the relaxation room we enjoyed herbal teas and flavoured water while we waited for our services. I had the Nita Lake Signature service with Katie . A full body salt scrub , followed by a mud wrap. While wrapped up and absorbing the mud you are treated to a fantastic mead massage . Then whisked off to the showers to clean off with your skin feeling buttery soft . Back into the treatment room for an amazing 1 hour full body massage . This is the perfect way to spend a day even if you don't ski .

Anyone who has been to whistler Ironman weekend knows a ton of roads are shut down, people everywhere and general chaos. So I was half an hour late for my appointment and even though they were totally booked for the day, they let me keep my appointment, which she did not have to do! The spa was very nice and clean, tons of magazines and very comfy couch style area to sit and relax in. I had a gel pedi and the color selection was amazing! She did such a great job on my feet they are so smooth and pretty now! And even though I was late she still did a full pedicure including a massage! Definitely recommend trying this spa out!
