I've been to many dispensaries and this is probably the worst one. I always end up paying more than the total price shown on my confirmation email. I placed an order yesterday to pick up today and the item I ordered was on sale so I expected to pay the total price it gave me on my confirmation email but they ended up charging me the original price because the sale ended today. The girl at the counter said she could help me and instead just gave me a half ass answer and told me to read the fine print. Honestly should have had her show me because I still can't find it. Save your time and money and go to bisa Lina off north avenue. The workers are way friendlier and prices are way better! They should fix their online order system to not let your order a day ahead and give you a false price if they aren't going to honor the costumers order. read more

Great service! During Ivy Hall - Glendale Heights opening weekend I took advantage of their grand opening deal and picked myself up a 300mg disposable. The following day I flew out on vacation and returned a week later excited to try my new disposable. Unfortunately for me it was a dud! The device just would not hit and when it would it would taste like coil. I reached out to Ivy Hall via email and explained the situation and within 2 hours a representative by the name of Cinthia responded back to me apologizing for the inconvenience and mentioned that she would be happy to resolve my issue by escalating it to the store manager! For my issue to be resolved I did need to provide my first and last name, video/picture of my defective product, picture of my receipt and the location which it was purchased from. Upon providing the information Cinthia replied within another 2 hours and thanked me for providing the information as it is protocol and informed me that all I had to do was return to the location and I could swap my product for something of equal value. Relieved that I could swap out my product a week after purchasing it I headed over to the dispensary and was greeted by Ian. I explained the situation and showed him my email'd directions from Cinthia and Ian was more than understanding and apologetic and eager to help me get my replacement. Ian actually recommended me a terrific substitution and made the entire process quick. The store manager Kevin was also very helpful and reminded me that they do their best to work with the customer and if I had any issues with my replacement device that I was more than welcomed back.
