I'm always looking for a good nail shop! Hard to find when there is a dime a dozen! This place is my new favorite! I don't care if it's the 10 closest nail shop! I'll drive out of my way for the excellent service, prompt, professional, and quality nail colors!! They won my business when I returned two weeks later to remove dipped nails and it didn't ruin my natural nails. This place does it right! I would recommend Haley and the younger guy for the pedicure! He gives a good foot massage! Change of owners! Give them a chance! Not many people know they exist. I came in yesterday to get my nails painted and my toes painted and as soon as I left the nail salon, not even three hours later, all of the nail polish started pumping up and chipping off. Like I wasn't even touching my nails. It just immediately started chipping off so easily. This is what makes me stay away from nail salons. I'd rather just go to a nail tech. read more

I love requesting challenging and festive designs all year round; while most salons are unable to deliver the caliber of design I usually desire - for H&T, these designs are no problem. I also enjoy the durability of the nails. I have a heavy lifting job, so I easily break, crack, and lift nails constantly. Here they take the time to ensure my nails will last, and when I happen to painfully injure one, they treat the nail care. I find it very suspicious that all but one of the negative reviews are from people out of state. They recently came under new management, and perhaps there are some sour apples. I've gone here multiplel times and have always had a wonderful experience. I usually get a manicure, gel, pedicure and eyebrow wax. I would recommend an appointment, although walk-ins are accepted. read more

It has been one week since my visit and lost 2 nails. The health of my nails are preposterous. I care more about my nail health than my nails being done. I didn't go too much in depth in my initial review, but this guy there charged mw $60 for the $27 pedicure I picked out and added callus removal. They don't do the type of callus removal you would typically pay for. They charged me to to the regular pumas bar scrub. When it was time to check out and asked what are these charges, the guy got an attitude. I am just trying to figure out how it got to this point. He refused to explain and walked off. By the way, this is the first time in all my years I walked off with toes not matching my nail color. They don't have prices posted for a reason. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails done and said yes, then did nothing. Stay away from this hell hole. read more

My nails were poorly done by the girl with the red hair! I dont care how good she seems she can NOT do nails. My nails were falling off on day FOUR i went to go get them fixed today and ANOTHER nail is coming off after getting FOUR of them fixed. Never again!! And this place is CRAZY expensive for the work that is provided & the receptionist looks at you crazy for reminding her about promo discounts. Last time i got my nails done here they only lasted for TWO weeks by the same person. I refuse to make ANOTHER trip to get my nails done when i paid almost 100$ for simple nails! Also when you ask for a price breakdown its a hand written receipt so its as if theyre just making up prices on the top of their head. They will be hearing from my bank. People work hard for their money & i highly doubt they have a license. No ones nails should be looking old and falling off after 4 days read more

I have been a client of Tiana at this salon for years and she is by far the kindest, most excellent nail tech I have ever worked with. Unfortunately, the salon was bought by new owners recently and their poor treatment of Tiana was evident each time I visited. Very sad because she is such a humble, dedicated person. I believe it was jealousy because her work is far superior to anyone there, and her clients will only see her. The last time I was there, the owner and all the new nail techs made a point to loudly laugh and joke with everyone except Tianna. I asked her quietly why doesn't she leave but she said it's just an adjustment and remained loyal to her new employer. Today I called to book an appointment and was told she is longer there, and they refused to give me her contact information or give her mine. They know I won't go to anyone there but would rather hurt her than create good will with a former customer. Terrible. read more

Yesterday was my first time at the H&T Salon - it was absolutely amazing! Hayley was my nail tech and she was the best. I started with the most relaxing pedicure called The Essence of Heaven- highly recommend this! My skin today is just as soft as when I left the salon. And the shoulder/ neck massage at the end was the perfect touch and way to end my Pedicure experience! I then finished my trip with getting a set of dip nails - the color choices are plenty and are a PERFECT match to the nail color on my toes! Highly recommended this place an Hayley!! read more

unfortunately my mom and I had a really bad experience here. The night of our pedicures polish started chipping. we noticed as we were packing up to head back to our home state where we are treated much. We noticed right away that our polish was chipping but when I would go to call they were closed or the line was busy. I finally got a hold of the manager on one of our days traveling across the country after I had just had major surgery. I tried to be as polite as possible but the manager was not, she would not give me her name, she would not have her boss call me. she said they don't refund services but because I was from out of state they'd refund $20 of the $70 we spent. which we will now have to spend $70 here in Michigan to get our nails redone! I started to get a little defensive because the no name manager refused to let me speak and was yelling at me for no reason. I'm sad to say I would never ever in a million years recommend this place. I've also let the hotel we stayed at not to send guests there either. A simple phone call with the no name managers boss would have cleared a lot of this up. However I've heard from no one so reviews it is! read more

I am absolutely in shock by the negative reviews. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I followed the girls from a nail salon in Conroe and was so happy to have found them. Mia always does a fantastic job but Ariel and Haley and Emily are all wonderful too! Anyone I've ever recommended has always thanked me and continued to be a client. Edit- I ALSO ADDED A PICTURE OF THE MONEY LEAVING MY ACCT!!!!!!!!! Since the business claims I did not wait an hr and is even accusing me of making an attempt to "ruin their reputation" I have edited my review! I no longer have the call log on my phone BUT I do have a ss of the money leaving my account and if needed I can contact my cell provider and get the ss from them and compare it to when I was serviced! This edit still does not take away from my bad experience! I was cut without any apology given. Ok whatever accidents happen right? The bottom of my nail has lumps that make it look funny, my cuticles were not taken care of. Honestly my experience here made me realize to just stick to my regular spot or simply do it at home. Wont be back because my time was not respected and I felt like an inconvenience to the business the entire time. (FELT SUPERRR RUSHED AND THE FINAL PRODUCT IS PROOF THAT IT WAS RUSHED) The reviews here are what convinced me to go, if only my experience would have been the same as everyone else :(. I guess its good that the business decided to act out the way that they did that way I make sure to definitely not support this business that would rather threaten customers that paid good money instead of trying to make things right. I wasn't seeking anything free or any discount a simple apology would've sufficed and made me want to come back to support this business but unfortunately the owners would rather get nasty. Shame! I would also like to note that you have plenty of BAD reviews. You are not perfect and thats ok nobody is..But to treat your customers this way is extremely nasty.
