The facility was clean and properly maintained, assuming it was sanitized as well. Nurses were nice, but they're short with you; they do the job and are done. No conversation. I'm a nurse myself, but I'm a little more chatty with patients. I was in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before the doctor saw me. She was nice as well, but again, short as they were running late. Apparently, the computer system was down for a few hours. The procedure was done in less than an hour from anesthesia to recovery... I woke up and was discharged in 25 minutes.

Nareen can be a little over the top from time to time but I never heard him verbally abuse anyone. I have been going there the last 2 1/2 months, 2x a week. They recently lost one of their therapists. Erica is amazing but you have to book in advance. I have heard discussions that management wants them to double book whenever possible, so that is not the therapists preference! It seems that they are short handed and putting in long hours which can be stressful but I agree there is no need to be snippy. I agree the office staff has always been very nice! KP

Richard, Ketty, Cathy, Doris, Gin, Maui and others tend to all the residents needs promptly. Debbie, Vinny,Marianita the recreation staff not only keep everyone busy they help in at lunchtime. Whether it is assisting with meals getting whoever needs extra condiments drinks, etc.. I truly enjoy interacting with residence. I feel like all are family to me. Turnover of staff is huge. Agency workers make up 50% or more of their staff. Poor pay for staff. Lots of favoritism. Employees talking in other languages other than English on units. Makes some families who visit uncomfortable.

we were there for more than two hours and we were never seen. they shouldn't have walk-ins if they…read morewouldn't see us. they should also have a better system. there was no one there to help us, and nobody to answer any of our questions. we were there from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. They were incompetent, unhelpful, and they should close if they don't want to help their patients. We won't be coming back.
