We call and tell them that at this time with everything going on in the world that there's just no extra money coming in for the outstanding bill at this moment to be just a little more patient and they are rude. I know that everyone is struggling right now but you would think that they would be a little nicer to there patients who are trying to get by with no income coming in at the moment. I told them I wasn't comfortable with them not wearing masks. The chiropractor told me that "as long as no one is sick and we are keeping our distance." How can you keep your distance when you are adjusting my neck? I have to wonder, what part of "airborne" do you not understand? Have they ever heard of the term "asyptomatic"? I said, "If you aren't wearing a mask, I'm not coming in." They made no effort to mask up for me, so I left. I live in Walker, MI. Sadly, I no longer live in Portland, OR.

Even more important to us is his genuine care and concern for his patients. He takes the time to fully examine, explain, and answer questions. He is able to talk openly and listen to his patients. He explains in terms that I, as a patient, can understand. His office is easy to locate and is well kept. The staff has been friendly and helpful as well. We came to him for a second opnion from our podiatrist. He has been a tremendous help in our complicated foot journey and has gone above and beyond. He looks out for his patients. We have been very impressed! We highly recommend him and his staff!
