They are, by far, the most thorough and beneficial physical therapy I have ever had. In the past, with other pt, I wasn't really feeling it and never continued. With Andrew and Brian, I couldn't wait for my next appt to see how much progress I was making. Andrew rehabbed my broken ankle to near 100%. I now have a script for core and other muscles that have weakened from lack of use due to the ankle injury. I know I will be well cared for and everything I say will be heard and taken seriously. After a warm up on the stationary bike, I casually said I had a headache. I was surprised when Andrew asked me why I had a headache. For some reason I said, "I don't know... high blood pressure?" I didn't have a high blood pressure diagnosis at that point so I don't know why I said that. Andrew put a BP cuff on me and sure enough my blood pressure was very high. I am now under my doctor's care and monitoring my blood pressure regularly.

I was in a devastating car accident on May 7 2020. The impact broke a leg, 37 bones in my feet, 4 ribs & shattered both ankles. I was a mess. After several surgeries and a long haul in an inpatient rehab, I was discharged to in home PT for six weeks. I can honestly say that Phil, and the entire staff at ATI Newtown helped me get myself back to better. In October of 2020 I was barely dragging myself 5 feet , heavily dependent on a walker, and nearby chairs to stop and catch my breath. Phil used every trick in his bag to keep me motivated and moving forward. In the 18 months under his care, he never let me fall or fail. They celebrated all of my accomplishments, no matter how absurd ( I stepped onto a curb! Yippeee!) encouraged me every single step & never let their enthusiasm, professionalism & compassion waver. Phil made me believe that he was just as invested in my recovery as I was. His sense of humor, attention to detail (and he sees everything, there is no slacking during PT) and his table side manner were all key components to my recovery. The entire staff is amazing to ALL the patients. I feel that I did not leave as just another client, but rather as family....

Lots of great people, all working to help you get back you. No judging -- just helpful, incremental progress to help instill a self-help mindset to accomplish your goals. The team here really goes above and beyond and always has each other's backs. I've been to other PT spots but this feels like a combined team effort, and with much brighter and sports-oriented facility. That said, it's a complete mix of demographics and ages of patients. So regardless of whether you're an 18 year old trying to get back in the game, or an 80 year old that just needs to regain their balance, this is a great place for you.

Between the two of them, I was able to regain full use of my arm & shoulder. Before I began PT, I was barely able to drive, shower, do household chores, cook, or sleep without extreme pain. I am now able to do all of the above with ease and full range of motion. Erin and Nick are professional, pleasant to be around, and really know what they're doing. They are truly dedicated to helping people. My first day there, Erin developed an effective home exercise plan for me, which I will continue doing now that formal PT has ended. I would highly recommend BMSR to anyone who is in need of PT. In general, the facility is large, clean, cheerfully decorated and filled with state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Sing has been treating me for years. I travel a great distance to see him and he's worth every second I wait! His office staff is friendly and courteous. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Sing has a WORLD of knowledge. His background will truly amaze you. He was the only doctor who knew exactly what condition I had before I said anything and then stopped, educated his entire staff so they were aware of the proper protocols, and then documented everything. His bedside manner is wonderful! He has a calming nature, yet he won't sugar-coat the truth. You KNOW you can trust him and that means a in this world. Dr. Sing partnered with Dr. Christopher Davis and the two are sharing the office. I hear all great things about Dr. Davis as well. Can't imagine this "dynamic duo" being anything but great.
