We moved into our present house and with a few months I needed to have surgery that put me in a wheelchair for 6 months. I looked on yelp, thumbtack, and nextdoor app.. I went through many different avenues. All the quoted amounts I received were pretty similar, but his professionalism, detailed estimate, and punctuality made me choose his company. The day prior to the service he emailed me the invoice as well as the time the crew would be at my house. The following day 3 ladies and a supervisor arrived exactly when he said they would and they got started immediately. They cleaned my house for about 5 hours. I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. They were all friendly and came off kind as well. When they were finished we did the walk through together and all I can say is that I was incredibly impressed. Just a few things that pleasantly surprised me were, the old school hand washing of the windows, removed everything off the shelves and cleaned under the items/organized them, cleaned the washing machine, even dusted the bed frames.. Just things I didn't even think about and never do.. my husband also went around and checked every switch and baseboard.. every surface was clean. Grime in the corners, baseboards barely touched, most of the checklist I paid for untouched. That alone is a bad review. What moved this to one star is what happened after. My entire complaint is that the Cleaning Checklist itself was not completed." They bring up roaches. That is not an accident. It is there so you'll assume I live in filth. The insects were documented by me and my property manager before I ever moved in, which is exactly why I hired a deep clean. They say I attended the final walkthrough and praised the team. I was told the walkthrough had already been done before I got home. Both of those cannot be true. They say concerns could have been addressed while the team was still there. Hours earlier that same day, they texted me asking about my break and when I'd finish work so they could stay longer. I agreed instantly. When I raised problems, the answer was a discount or take another day off work and point out the failures yourself, in a home they'd already been paid to clean. The flexibility only ran one direction. They close by accusing me of dishonesty, personal insults, and berating comments, then wish me well with gratitude and kindness. My feedback was that the baseboards were dirty. That response is deceptive and combative, and it is aimed at anyone reading this, not at me. That is the version of this company you get the moment you're unhappy. Spend your money elsewhere.
