I needed to wash two loads of clothes today and checked out the Beachside Laundry facility. Beachside Laundry is clean, organized and felt very safe with great strip center parking. The attendant was helpful and attentive maintaining great order in the shop as she worked on regular customer laundry. There is no clear working contact method, and they have effectively refused to address the issue. By comparison, other facilities such as Wash Rite Laundry were more than happy to accommodate the same request promptly and professionally. Customer service matters, and unfortunately Beachside has fallen well short.

The first washing machine I opened had raw potato peels in the washing drum (I showed the attendant who found it funny, while I stated it is disgusting). Parking can be a little bit challenging but there is street parking. They offer a wash, dry and fold service and charge by the pound.
