PLEASE READ !!!!! UPDATED 4/15/2017 This place is honestly the best! Within 3 min of me posting my review and commenting on how the screen froze here and there, Sam messaged and called me asking me to bring the phone fact to fix free of charge. He said he was responsible for it and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. So far the screen works perfect and couldn't be happier. The first time might of just been a simple hardware defect but Sam took care of it no questions asked. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. 4/14/2017 I went here to replace my iPhone 7 plus screen. The price was the same as apple care but I whent here to avoid the line and wait time at one of their locations. The guy was friendly and made sure to answer all my questions. As of now the screen looks okay but here and there the screen freezes up and becomes unresponsive or starts to click on things on its own. Maybe it's because it's new or something I don't know, I'm going to wait a full day before I bring this up to them hopefully they don't give me a hard time if I need it replaced. I downloaded a screen tester app and it is showing the part of the screen that doesn't respond. I will be sure to update this if something goes wrong but as of now when they screen works it's great it's just those couple of moments that freezes up that worry me but if the screen doesn't freeze up any longer after today it is definitely a steal ! read more

I just had to add this to my previous review!...Wow.. If I could give Sam a 10 star review I would. And I am not just saying this! When I tell you that this man went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer I am not lying! I have never in my life had someone do as much as he did for me to make sure my iPhone 8 was as good as new! NO ONE would of searched for all the ways he searched for to help me with the problem... anyone would of simply sent me on my way and not have worked as hard as he did. If you are looking for an honest person who truly cares about their customers I can assure you that he is it! Walked into iWho Cellular yesterday w a smashed iPhone 6s & walked out in 15 min w it back to normal! Sam was working by himself, juggling calls, and still making great conversation while he replaced the screen, and the face, gave me a $15 discount and threw in a free scratch resistance cover. I had went to a T-Mobile store the day before & was recommended to a different repair store, and his quote was about another $50 more than the deal Sam gave me at iWho. Honestly, I google searched for a place closer than the one suggested by the T-Mobile clerk and was glad I did. Great deal. Fast service. Super cool conversation. Thanks Sam! The service given by IWho Cellular was off the charts amazing! I cracked my iPhone 6 Plus screen the other night, and I spent forever searching online for prices to replace my screen. A lot of places charged about $130-150 to replace the screen. I found IWho on Yelp, and messaged the company for a quote at about 10:30 pm, which was way past the closing time. I got a reply within 10 minutes of my message, and I even got another follow up message the next morning, which was super considerate. I walked in the next morning, and they were able to fix my screen in about 10 minutes right in front of me while making friendly conversation. I left with a new screen, a free screen protector, and a smile on my face. Overall, great service, affordable pricing, and friendly people! read more

Super quick and very friendly. Definitely coming back here for any other problems i have with my phone. I had gone down to this other store on Milwaukee to get my camera fixed. The guy there made me wait TWO hours just to tell me he was going to get to the store until another hour later. I found this store nearby and with the reviews on yelp being good, i decided to come here instead. The guy at the other shop wanted to charge me over 60$ and the guy here only charged me 35$. He even made sure that my camera was at its best quality and changed the part twice to give me the best working piece. read more

I was on a business trip in Chicago and my phone ended up shattering after dropping it at the airport! On my way into the city, I quickly decided to stop in at this place. I was hesitant because I was hoping it would look somewhat like my original Apple screen, but Sam was so helpful. He repaired my screen within 15 minutes! I was so relieved that he finished it so fast, especially because I was on a trip for work. The environment was very welcoming and Sam is such a kind person to talk to. I literally just came back from getting my phone and my boyfriends phone fixed. He quickly fixed my broken iPhone 6 camera. I thought I would need to replace both but turns out it was only one, the back camera, that needed to be fixed in order to get the front back working again. He even replaced the broken lens at no charge. He then fixed my boyfriends broke LCD screen on his IPhone 6s. I came out spending only 85$ for both. Broke my iPhone screen a few months ago and waited until I came home to Chicago to fix it because I knew prices would be more competitive here. Found this shop on groupon for less than half the price a screen repair back in Oregon would've cost me! Decided not to purchase the groupon because I knew groupon takes a large percentage of earnings when bought through them. I had a very pleasant and fast experience with these guys. They are very friendly and don't try to rip you off! They even put a free screen protector on my phone for me. Highly recommend! read more

Was very comfortable about going to this place since all the reviews are five stars. It was sorta far from me but I took the risk and I have no regrets. I took my iPhone 6 in since the top part of the screen and the speaker was broken. Sam fixed my screen within minutes. Very affordable and very efficient I love the fact that Sam fixes the screen in front of you and is very talkative. Such a great find! My screen cracked on my IPhone. The owner responded after closing to my price inquiry and I brought in my phone to be fixed on my lunch break the next day. I saved a good amount of money by not going to the Apple Store. Oh top of providing quality service, the man that fixed my phone was such a nice person. I brought in my Iphone 6 plus since the screen was shattered and the owner was super chill about fixing it up for me. I thought I should give it a try since other places were much more expensive and take so long to fix up phones. I am happy I did so! Sam was very reasonable with the price and gave me a free screen protector after fixing my phone up which he did in less than 5 minutes! Excellent service here. I had just pulled up and noticed someone locking up for lunch but when he saw me he went right back in and looked after my phone! Start to finish about 20 minutes and honored the $5 off screen repair coupon provided through Yelp. Regular price was $45 for my model which is one of the cheapest around (I called 7 places). He also threw in a tempered glass screen protector. It's cash only but I was able to pay via QuickPay! Would definitely use again! read more

Love it! Neighborhood tech shop...totally affordable...will definitely go here for all my future apple tech needs. Sam is awesome!!! Apple told me phone was not fixable and I could trade it in and for $300 get a new one...Sam took a look at my phone and replaced the battery for just a fraction of what I would have spent at apple. Can't Speak highly enough of this shop! I'm excited that I now have a GO-TO place for repairs from now and on. This is the only repair shop I will go to. My iPhone was fixed promptly, and effectively. The owner is very knowledgeable and honest, which I truly appreciate. The repair I needed on my iPhone was much cheaper than I thought and I walked out knowing a little bit more about what specific things typically go wrong with the 5s, versus the 5c. read more

I called in advance checking how much would an iphone 6 would cost for a screen replacement. (It is for my boyfriend) however, when we came into the shop my boyfriend's phone is iphone 7 (my boyfriend told me the wrong model).. and still the guy gave me the price for iphone 6. Sam was great! I came in to his shop with 20 minutes notice, my two babies with me, and he replaced my screen in about 10 minutes. We chatted while he worked, he found out I'd dropped the phone and shattered the screen when I was running after the youngest baby. He threw in a free screen protector! Head's up, it's cash only. The service here is affordable and quick. I tried replacing my own screen, broke the screen and lcd and he not only replaced my screen and lcd, but supplied me with a new frame and backframe free of charge. Sam continuously updates you on the status of your electronic. Phone looks and works great and was fixed in probably under less than an hour. Would definitely come back for future repairs. I went in to get a screen protector and ended up purchasing a new phone case as well. Owner is so nice! The place is super clean and the owner is very helpful and friendly. It's a good spot if you ever have a cracked screen or problem with your phone. The whole process was very timely and efficient.
