Dr. Lucy and her staff went out of their way for my children since birth! She was knowledgeable and always made me and my husband feel comfortable. She gave her professional opinion, listened to us and gave us options on how to treat our children that worked with our family. Dr. Lucy left during Covid which broke our heart! She had known me since I became a mother, helped guide me and my children for years, she had become family! All of my children then became patients of Dr. Cleary. Dr. Cleary is a good pediatrician she managed my children's care the best way she could and took in to consideration what we felt was best, as well. We might have had an issue with the office once, which was quickly rectified when speaking to the office manager. I will say Joan the RN and Edith had been our go to ladies at this office for many years. I will say that the front office staff has changed so much and leave a lot to be desired, but due to the great care provided by Dr. Lucy, Betty Madden, Dr. Cleary, Edith and Joan, RN I cannot rate them any less then a 5! I was comfortable with the care they provided all 4 of my children and trusted the doctor's,nurses & medical staff's professional opinions on my children's care. They truly care about your children and handle any issues in a timely fashion. The downsides would be the front desk staff could be a lot better and since they moved to Sterling, some providers have left and it has gotten a more stressful for the staff and providers. Only reason we left this practice was due our family moving.

Dr. Gustafson himself has been understanding, logical and beyond kind when all illnesses and situations have descended upon myself. While his quiet demeanor does mask his personality at times, never has he not done the right thing for myself. Dr. Gustafson medical knowledge can not be questioned as he has always tracked down resolution for any and all of my issues with his care and compassion standing out. Numerous times has Dr.G called me at night and weekends after receiving test results late in the day or evenings. I consider myself as being fortunate as can be being part of his practice and would recommend him to anyone in need of a GP who you can have faith in to do the correct things for your needs.

C. Brittany Boisvert, MD…read more After breaking my ankle (quite badly) in a motorcycle accident, I was fortunate enough that Dr. Boisvert was the Orthopedic Surgeon on duty that day. I ended up having to have 3 surgeries (over the better part of a year) in order to put my ankle back into a functioning state. During that time I came to know Dr. Boisvert fairly well. As a surgeon she is top shelf. My ankle was in a lot of pieces and she put them back together perfectly. As a communicator she was also great. Not only communicating with myself, but also with the wound doctor that was also tending to my ankle. She was very clear in her explanations leading up to every procedure that I had done, and encouraged my feedback every step of the way. I am very grateful to Dr. Boisvert! I was seen right away by a very professional nurse & my vitals were taken & she inquired about the reason for my visit. The doctor sent me in for an X-ray prior to seeing me. Dr McDonald then explained he didn't see any major injury but after questioning me, was concerned about a possible blood clot. He then referred me to the ER to rule out this possibility of a blood clot & further suggested I see an orthopedist for the knee pain From beginning to end the care I received was thorough & professional. But it was time for this decade's tuneup, so after examining the list of available primary care providers, I made an appointment with Dr. Jain. I am so pleasantly surprised! The office is small (in a good sort of way) and very idyllically set in a modernized old stone building with views of fields from the waiting room window. The staff are very nice and treat you like an individual, rather than just another piece of the crowd. The phlebotomist, in particular is very sweet and put me at ease, drawing the blood samples quickly and smoothly. Dr. Jain is focused and approachable, takes her time and answers questions clearly. She is thorough and definitely gives me the impression she knows her stuff. One of my complaints was that I had lost some high end hearing in my left ear. I thought it was due to my old habit of standing next to speakers at punk rock shows, but Dr. Jain peered into my ear, and found fluid behind the ear dream. She directed me to take sudafed and lo and behold, after one dose, I can hear out of the left ear as well as the right! I hope I won't need her services too often, but I am really glad I found Dr. Jain!
