The travel department at work actually screwed up my visa application and I had to go at 5am and get in line to pick up my visa the morning of my 10:45am flight to Beijing. I spent a long time with the folks at the line outside the embassy and they explained all the ways other companies were handling visas which I saw first hand, such as having people who are clearly homeless and not mentally stable holding a place in line or handle visa pickups, which is literally a bundle of passports. I can't imagine trusting anyone but the very most reputable person to handle my passport. Joey made sure I was first into the Embassy and took care of me like I was his best client though I hadn't paid him a cent. He took me to a great agent and made sure I got my visa and was out the door to catch the car I had waiting to take me straight to the airport. I'll never forget his above and beyond kindness on that day and always recommend them when I know someone needs a visa!
