Also given that it was my first time and around the holidays, I expected a lot of chaos and craziness, but it wasn't really all that bad at all. Finding a spot in the parking lot took a bit but there is extensive (and free!) parking. Also, the restrooms were clean and spacious, and had an attendant who was cleaning, which I always fully appreciate seeing. Beautiful holiday decorations and also the usual mall food options - though the food court was on the second floor, I believe, but an unexpected closer location for me since I was hungry and ended up getting a chicken salad bowl (delicious).
