By the time i got my spare and jack from the truck Scott from Nicolette showed up. Attached the spare. Showed me where the hole was in my tire that I later got plugged. Also gave me some advice on my front two tires. He was professional, fast, personable and arrived within 15-20 minutes from when called. Couldn't have had better service.

This is unbelievable. I only had to go 15 minutes away at 2am in the morning. Apparently they were 'too busy' to do anything other than tow me off the parkway at the next exit. Absolutely furious. The driver that picked me up seemed to be a decent guy, clean cut,.. but the whole situation was absolutely trash.
