Bricon Collision is by far the best body shop I have been to in 20 years. My experience was amazing. John, the owner of the body shop spent 10 minutes with me to look at the damage and explained to me in detail of what he plans to do on Monday morning. I got a call on Friday 2pm that the car is ready. I had some doubt about how it was possible to get the estimate done, got Geico to approve estimate, order parts, paint the parts, install the parts and wash the car, all in 4.5 days. I recently used Bricon for repairs to my Toyota Corolla. While I was out of state, I ran into the back of a car and damaged the hood, front bumper/grill, and the headlights on my car. I was fortunate to schedule an appointment with Bricon within the week of the accident, at a time that fit around my work schedule. I have Geico insurance so having the opportunity to meet with the representative at the same location of where the repairs were taking place was incredibly convenient. We both met with a gentleman from the shop who took a look at my car and gave me his honest opinion of what he saw and how he wanted to go about the work. He was very nice and informative and promised that my car was in good hands. Bricon is also conveniently close to an Enterprise and I was able to set it up to have a rental car dropped off at their location that same morning. The fact that everything was managed in one location made my stressful situation so much less stressful. When I picked her up, she looked better than before my accident. They did an incredible job and I can't thank them enough! Finally, I really appreciated that the gentleman asked and learned that I was not covered for a rental by my insurance. I dropped the car off on a Wednesday morning, they estimated Tuesday completion, and I received a call that Saturday morning that my car was done early. My car was hit in a doctor's parking lot last year during the height of the pandemic. Of course, the person did not leave a note. One year later in June 2021, I decided to get an estimate and get the work done. I went to Bricon Collision because they were local and a certified Subaru repair shop. Everyone there was so helpful from beginning to end. I wasn't sure if I should submit an insurance claim for fear of my rates going up. They suggested that I call my insurance company and ask about rate increase before submitting my claim. Fortunately, no rate increase and my insurance company paid 100% of the cost of repairs minus the deductible. Even though they were not on my insurance companies list of repair shops, they worked seamlessly with my insurance company. They also work directly with Enterprise Car Rental, so I was able to pick up and drop of my rental at the shop. Most importantly, the they did an excellent job on the repairs.
