The only reason the repairs took a while was because our car was a 2024 model and the dealerships did not have the parts easily accessible to provide to Mizzoni. But once Mizzoni received the new door, they had our car back to us in 4 days and you can't even tell the difference! The quality is amazing, they were very communicative and willing to help. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. The fans has a strange sound and the front hood not closing properly. Later I was robbed by this shop owner. He looked at my car first and told me that the car needed to replace the fan motor and a cooling fan. He gave me a very high quote, which surprised me. So I hoped that he could also fix the problem of the front hood which is not closing properly . He said he wouldn't do it. So I said the price was too high and I couldn't fix the car here. So he started to be tough and forced me to pay a $50 consultation fee. I was forced to pay this money. I am a single mother and this is my only car. It is a very old 2011 car and it is not worth $1,000. And I just had a car accident few months ago.And a friend of mine helped me repair the front part of the car. And this shop's owner named GARY actually asked me for nearly $800 to repair the car, which of course I can't afford. Yesterday, this man named GARY he robbed me.
