This is a very excellent locksmith. I called him to come fix the lock that was broken and he came the same day. He was able to fix everything on the broken lock and also on another lock that was getting stuck for awhile. Basically it wasn't working correctly. OMG! This place is sooo Great! Last month while visiting the Largo Florida area, I accidentally locked my keys in my car. Had a lock problem with a VERY old lock and was afraid that I would be locked out. Went to JAM in person and saw SAM who took the time to hear the story and ask detailed questions. I've had a couple keys made here in the past, and overall, this place is great. Most "normal" keys cost $2 to cut, Multi-lock keys cost a little more ($10-20 I think), and when I needed a key cut for my car (Toyota), it was about $75 (and I think $150 if you wanted a door-opening-clicker on the key). You get discounts if you buy multiple car keys. So I've come here in the past and had the son help me out, and he was nice and professional, so that was a good experience. I came again more recently, and saw the son again, but after having a hard time deciding between two key options, he got really curt and walked away, telling his dad, "You can have this one". Now, that's really, really annoying, but he was nice in the past, so I'll just chalk it up to having a bad day. Anyways, so onto the father. He's seriously the nicest dude. We talked, he walked out to the car with me, programmed the key in 5 minutes, and even explained the process! I don't really expect much when I go to a locksmith, but he was such a nice, patient, and all-around great guy; he made the whole thing a very (and surprisingly) enjoyable experience. read more
