After hours of waiting, I called and they clearly forgot about me. They promised to come back the next business day. Came back 2 days later and had them make copies for me. The guys doing the work we're fine, but the owner was really obnoxious, arrogant, condescending, and insulting. I didn't realize it, but It's standard practice in the industry to cut the keys for free if you bring the blanks. I fully expected to pay for the cutting, but he declined and simply acted like an ass. If he'd been smart enough to check Amazon himself he could have sold me 10 keys, and gained a loyal customer. Instead, he alienated me with his rude, and obnoxious behavior. I was there quite awhile while they cut and stamped 10 keys for me and watched the owner deal with several other customers with the same rude, obnoxious, and dismissive style. There's something not quite right about the owner. My experience was more in line with the other negative reviews, and I view the positive ones with suspicion.
