01/27/2026 - They say that they've been serving Largo since 1970. Whoever it was doesn't work there anymore. It should have been simple. I basically went there to have a padlock that was attached to a security gate picked, taken off, and have a key made for it. I dropped off the gate with the lock attached. It was there for 24 hours. I came back and the lock was still locked on the gate. They had managed to find a blank key that fit into it, but that was as far as they said they could go. Don't waste your time going there. Find a real locksmith. read more

We called this company for a door lock that was broken. They sent any employee out by the name of Carlos. Carlos is CLUELESS! Without even removing the mechanism Carlos said he could not fix it because he had "just started, someone else would have to come out." Fine. So we sit for a 4 hr window and NO ONE SHOWS UP. Not even a phone call. When we contact the company they stated the appointment had been rescheduled with no explanation. So again we sit for another 4 hr window. And again no show. When we called they stated the tech had been in a car accident on the way to our house and they would be out the next day. Well that was yesterday. Did anyone show up or even call? NO!! Today the company called to state the part that we need be to replaced can not be ordered. Which is funny since no one has actually has seen the problem. In the mist of it all we have had a different company out and the part is now on order. THIS IS NOT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Just got back from their shop, and what a pleasant experience! Went there to have a key "laser cut" for my GMC Terrain. The gentleman there took care of my request quickly, efficiently, and even went to his manual to review with me what I needed to do to program it in my car. This shop is well-stocked and neat as a pin. They have two mobile locksmith shops to meet your needs at your location as well. Note, I had already been to the only other retail locksmith in the area who appeared to not be very interested in my business with a much higher quote and insisting I buy the whole key fob from him and tell me how difficult it would be to program on my own :-( I never bother to post reviews like this, but I hope I am doing this business a well-deserved favor as well as potential customers in Pinellas in need of locksmith service! read more

I called today and a Manager now tells me they don't do this so they lied to me and wasted my time, I used them for business before but never again! read more

Can't say enough good things about the professionals at Largo LS. Have used their services multiple times at our commercial property with exceptional results. Regretfully this trade is rife with thieves and we just learned a powerful lesson. Unknowing tenant called a fly-by-night "company" in desperation this morning unaware we had worked with Largo LS previously. The bandit's "$20 service call" offered by phone predictably morphed into $140 on arrival -- followed by an obscene $500+ repair quote. Told them to go pound sand. Largo LS stepped in to do the job cheerfully -- on the scene the very same day despite an already packed schedule -- all for a reasonable charge of less than $200. Please. Largo Locksmith just charged my elderly mother $120.00 to install an inferior $3.00 lock. The tech ( who was very nice) was in and out in 20 minutes and took advantage of overcharging a senior citizen. Get a 2nd opinion before using these price gougers!! read more
