I explained the situation to Hassan and he was here in 30 minutes. If you're looking for a locksmith, STOP. Key Plug will definitely be in my contacts. Hassan was not only able to get my door open, but also installed my new doorknob and made one master key for all of my doors. Hassan was professional and knowledgeable. It's a special lock in an antitheft door I couldn't get the pin back in. Multiple calls and text messages later over a period of three days, it's been over a month and I never heard back. 24/7 emergency service? Guarantee your work? Okay. Edit: in checking my receipt, call history & email in my attempt for help, this is the right company. The owner was polite and courteous, told me he would be by in 15-20 minutes because he was a little ways away, and he arrived exactly in that time window. He was quick and efficient in unlocking the door for us, and the cost was reasonable ($85). Obviously, I hope I don't lock myself out again, but if I did, this would be my first call.

I did not ask them about a service fee. The technician showed up on Wednesday an hour and 1/2 later than the window they gave me. He didn't have the hardware needed, he was not knowledgeable as we explained 3 times to him what we had discussed with the scheduler. He was here 10 minutes, told us he would be unable to get the hardware until next week, we are leaving on vacation Sunday so needed done by end of week. He spent 10 MINUTES, didn't do anything, and charged us $146.00 for the visit from Brandon to Tampa. This company is ridiculous, I called the manager and was told that their service fee is $164 so I'm getting nothing back on my $146; what a waste. Good luck in the future with anyone working with them.
