We have a D&D MagnaLock on one of the gates surrounding our pool. It was locked because the gate was blocked by shrubs and only one access gate was used. We now wanted access. The previous owners didn't leave keys, so I started calling locksmiths in the Seminole area and each quickly responded they didn't have the key and didn't know where to get one. I called Mr. McPick and the owner answered, was very helpful, gave me his cell number and told me to send him a photo of the lock. I did but it was difficult to see. Yet he encourage me that we keep trying. I found a photo of the key online, sent it to him and he immediately responded that he had the key. I picked it up and it worked perfectly, saving me the task of cutting the lock and a costly replacement. He was extremely helpful and frankly, my request was a nuisance that cost him more of his valuable time than the cost of the key. Had an EXCELLENT experience with Steve. I called maybe twenty places before I came across Steve, Mr. McPick. A super friendly personable guy, who was able to create a key for my scooter that I had lost. He even drove to my residence so I didn't have to tow it to him! I had rented a Rat-Pack POD to move my stuff into while I had my vents cleaned and a thorough cleaning of my home. I had the container closed with 2 padlocks and I could not find the keys. AAA Lockmasters saved me. I lost my keyring that had my only house key, car key and shed key on it. I know, not smart.
