I did find someone who did an amazing Job. She did absolutely fantastic. Her name was Chanda. She was the best I've had so far. It's just difficult when the artist isn't there consistently. My best tip is to call before you go if you are really particular about your brows to see who is going to be there working. Omar Daabies, PA-C was attentive and knowledgeable. He used liquid nitrogen aka cryotherapy, to freeze my wart. This method is painful and so cold it burns like hell fire. He warned me it was NOT guaranteed this freezing session would be effective and that it could take 8 freezes. I came back for a 3 week follow up disappointed capillaries were still present. Instead of putting myself through another freeze, I requested a debridement which they did not perform in this office and was advised to seek out a hand surgeon. Turns out the wart flattened and fell off 2 weeks and 2 days from my follow up and I happily cancelled my hand surgeon consult. Glad I had that first session and some patience! Thanks Omar!

The other girl had an issue with the person she was checking out so it was another 5+ minutes and then finally when I get checked out she asks if I found everything ok and I said barely and asked who helped me and I said no one- and she seemed shocked and repeated it and I reinforced not a single sole... she wasn't thrilled or nice afterwards - I'm guessing she didn't like my answer but don't know what to tell her when I pretty much got the opposite of help and wanted to gtf out of there .. As I leave, the lines long and 2 people behind the check out are hanging and then as I'm walking out I find the other group hanging out. For as much staff as they have here, the place should be immaculate, wells stocked, and great help ... maybe I have high expectations of Sephora from my Dallas experience, but even when it was slammed during the holidays, it was far better than this. What a waste of money having this many people doing so few things. You cannot pay me to go back to this location ....

Another few minutes pass and she comes out and asks me to wait until after the 6pm. Which would be 45 min, it was currently 5:45. Needless to say I did not wait. I understand I was running late but why not reply to my text or call me back or be waiting for me to get there. Rita is good but this experience was not. I hope in the future she values her clients time as she wants us to value hers.
