I am unsure why they have someone working their front desk who lacks basic customer service skills. As I proceeded to ask when they had a first available appointment the women on the phone seemed uninterested as if I was interrupting her busyyy day. I went to Florida Aesthetics with the intention of only starting the weight loss program. I met with Olympia, who was absolutely wonderful. She is definitely not only very knowledgeable in her field, but is also truly concerned with educating her patients on how to lead healthy lifestyles, which as we all know is way more than exercise and a healthy diet.
