They exclusively use O Way products ~ a luxurious, organic, Italian-farmed line that felt amazing on my scalp and hair. One of the most mind-blowing parts was the magnifying video camera used to analyze my scalp. It gives real-time insight into dryness, oil buildup, and overall scalp health to customers. It was both fascinating and reassuring to see exactly what was going on. And let's talk about the electric massager in the middle of the treatment ~ pure heaven. Just when I thought it couldn't get better, they finished with a flower elixir poured over my hair, leaving it smelling absolutely divine. I decided to go all out and get the Diamond Halo service, which is 75 minutes, and also added on a facial and additional neck and shoulder massage. I had Lorianna (or "Lo") for my service, and she was awesome... I walked out of here at the end feeling like I was floating. I didn't get a blowout since I was just going home afterward anyway, so they give you either a satin scrunchy or a nice hair clip so you don't leave with stringy wet hair. The hair products they use are pricey, but my hair was SUPER soft for days afterward because of the conditioner they use. The salon is clean and they offer free snacks and drinks in the lobby while you wait (which I took advantage of since I got here early for my appointment). I am already looking at my calendar to see when I can go back.

What! Money is money but ok. Then when getting my nails done, I asked the working girls about it and they told me of course I could have switched it out. They had never heard of that before. Someone needs some training. 5. When I got there, they brought me back, hurried me up, gave me a key to a locker, asked if I wanted a robe, probably since I'm going to be here for 4 hours, then left, didn't tell me where shoes were, mind you the robe would of fitted a 400 pound women and the wrap was as big, I had to hold up everything with my hands. No one ever checked on me or met me in the room they told me to go to. She made the massage seem longer than it really was. Full transparency: I really only got a good 40 min of massage. I entered the room at 4ish and was given time to undress which was another 5 minutes. When the massage ended I noticed it was exactly 4:50P. I feel like quality made up for time lost, however, I wish a 50 minute massage was truly 50 minutes.

I enjoyed all of it. Renee (hope I spelled it right) did my massage and salt scrub. She has magic in her hands. I don't really care for massages because they hurt. I told her not to go to hard and she did an amazing job. I think I fell asleep several times. I heard myself snoring it was so great. Christina did my facial. I didn't know what I really wanted. I explained to her about my skin and she made a suggestion. When I was done, my skin was soft and glowing!!! I wish I had taken pictures of the establishment. It was really nice and clean. From the minute you walk into Rejuvenation Spa you are immersed in an environment that already makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I went early to enjoy a cup of tea before my facial. I was offered a warmed neck wrap and the owner made the tea for me as I waited on a super comfortable chair in the dimmed room lit with candles. My facial was fantastic and I can't describe how much I loved the room I was taken to. Mckenzie was very friendly and couldn't have made the experience any better. Had my first visit today and it was extremely relaxing! I'm overjoyed to find such a great spa close-by. The interior is everything you would wish for a relaxing spa to be - serene, spacious with separate waiting area from main checkin/out area, super comfortable massage tables, and professionally friendly and vibrant staff. For first time services I easily booked all online and had the 30 min relaxation massage with added on body brushing and honey cocoon foot wrap - all three were very soothing. I wouldn't go here if my life depended on it. And i would give negative stars if i could. Rena, the owner, cheated with my husband for months behind my back. I was a customer there and she knew me. Unethical on all fronts. She should lose her license. Then they both had the nerve to buy/sell a massage certificate for ME. Sick to say the least and of course i never returned. Women be very cautious about your husbands going there. In hindsight seeing what kind of a person he was (cheating with numerous women-even on her) they deserved each other. read more

My experience at the Rejuvenation Spa was truly wonderful from the moment I walked in! I chose a package of a few services and felt pampered the entire time, almost 4 hours, that I was there. Had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Tammy. She was great. I told her where my problem areas were and she made sure to focus on that. She explained the problem areas she found. She also told what I could do to try and alleviate the pain. I already have my next appointment set with her. You won't be disappointed!! read more

Great close to home spa and probably the best massage I have had. Friendly staff and cute boutique vibe by the register. I loved it so much I booked my next appointment before I left. There's free valet parking, so they take your car right away, and once you step into the spa, it's absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is so calm and luxurious, and the employees are incredibly welcoming and attentive. At one point, my friend's phone died, and they even charged it for her in their office--that's top-tier customer service. My best friend and I got the signature facials, and I have to say, they were worth every penny. That was definitely my favorite part. The beds were heated, the music was calming, and the whole experience was so soothing and relaxing--I didn't want it to end. After our facials, we enjoyed the amenities, which made everything even better. They have cozy reading nooks, coloring books with markers, complimentary mimosas, a jacuzzi, and access to the pool. They were able to get me right in! 90 minute therapeutic and 30 minute foot. It was awesome!!! Angela did the main massage, which included a shiatsu, oil and cupping. She was fantastic! I believe the owner did my foot massage and she had magic hands also. The massage was so great, I rebooked for the next week. The 2nd time was just as great as the first. I am a person that overthinks even when it is time to turn off and get a massage. First time I got Camille I was banged up something bad. Shoulders were touching the ears type stress. I was blessed to be matched with her and she is literally a doll. I gave her brief direction on what was needed and it was like I never needed to speak. So muchhhhh so I tried to schedule her again for the next week and Camille was booked out ( I was sad). I finally got her again today and every kink, soreness she took care of. I love this place and I super love Camille. Her professionalism, demeanor, cuteness, and thoroughness will have me always going back to Essentials. The place is gorgeous and super clean. Unfortunately their prices keep going up too.

The flexibility of pausing the service has been significantly reduced and now a fee is imposed, even for medical reasons as in my case. The number of transfers has also been greatly reduced. My last service was rushed. The manager is never available, and the staff is unable to proceed with any special request without the direct management implementation. I can unfortunately no longer recommend this business in good faith.
