She put filler in my cheeks and I didn't feel like it turned out well, and when I confronted her with it, she made every excuse she could to say that my skin just wasn't what would take too well to the minimal amount of filler that she put in, but yet she never disclosed this information to me before the Injections were done at which point I could have made an educated decision as to whether I wanted to move forward because I needed more product than less to make it look the way I wanted, and I don't understand why she didn't disclose this information to me until after the fact! They are one of the most expensive places to go for injectables but yet their injector sucks! She just wanted to treat me like I was a customer that she was selling a product to. She only patted herself on the back, but did not properly inform me about the product or how I would look after the fact where could potentially look once she was done if she would've educated me about this I would've had to make an educated decision as to whether I wanted to pay for more filler because my skin was not going to take to the minimal filler that she gave me if she knew this she should have disclosed it to me before and she didn't! I feel that a client should be educated before they have this type of procedure done. I went there for their expertise because 13 years ago. I had injectables done there and everything was fine, but Bonnie was not there at the time or did not take care of me atleast! She is a horrible injector who likes to house her information versus be kind enough to tell you exactly what you should know prior to having anything done! I will never go back! I started telling her I would never step in their office again, but she didb't hear it all because she hung-up on me again.
