Letter was incomplete, inaccurate, and not usable like for example the provider name looks like it was cut out and photocopied. I can't submit this to a professional company for housing ! What a joke ! Sinclair has very concerning behavior toward women, and even his staff appears to be aware of it. He's a perv! I would strongly recommend avoiding him as a provider.
