We wanted someone to look at our roof after a recent storm, and Ridgeline was recommended. We called and Michael said he could come the next day to take a look. So I changed my schedule so I could work from home, and he called my husband and said he would be here in 20 mins. 1.5 hours later, my husband called to see what was happening (I had to move some calls so I could go out when he got here) and he said he got pulled in another direction. He said he would be out at 2PM. At 1:30 he called and said he drove by our house and he couldn't access because his ladder was too short/his drone was out of batteries.
